Pros
The integrations with different platforms are amazing which eventually makes it our top choice.
Cons
Well it is a little annoying that we cannot easily go back to the previous page as it always takes us back to the dashboard.

“Perfect for appointment and scheduling needs
Pros
The flexibility to integrate with other platforms is great. Plus the option to customize the appointment setting URL is a bonus. With OnceHub we can even automate our scheduling. It syncs with our calendar, automatically updates everyones availability and sends notifications to all. This makes the whole scheduling process a lot smoother for us and cuts down on manual work.
Cons
While OnceHub is user friendly, there is still a bit of a learning curve involved mainly for those in our team who are not familiar with scheduling software or online booking systems. So it might take some time and effort of yours to fully understand and make the most of all the features and customization options.

“The best option for fast scheduling
Pros
OnceHub is perfect for sales teams who need a place to schedule, chat and engage with prospects and customers. Also it integrates with other tools to give users like me a coordinated experience.
Cons
It might not feel very intuitive at first because the features are spread out in different sections. But once I get the hang of it making changes becomes quick and easy for me.

Pros
It has saved me from countless back and forth calls and emails to schedule appointments. I just send a link and clients can choose a time that works for them.
Cons
Setting things up is quite complicated mainly if I have multiple appointment types and different lengths.

Pros
I really liked how quick and easy it was to schedule meetings using the chatbox. It sent the invites to attendees right away with all the info they needed to join.
Cons
As soon as I started working with a partner, the fees for the tool went through the roof and I could not afford to keep using it. I had to look for another way to schedule meetings with prospects and clients.
