Pros

Custom message creation and phone queue are useful features and work well.

Cons

Interface is very poor and there's no option to resend a fax from the dashboard. It also throws a lot of error messages in Chrome which is supposed to be the preferred browser. Also, fax delivery is unreliable with about a 50/50 success rate so most faxes need to be sent again.

Pros

Between the pricing, responsive support and the number of features included, this service has been a really strong option. I also appreciate that there are no extra charges for toll-free service and the unlimited extensions add a lot of value.

Cons

Only downside was that the signup process felt a little confusing at first.
