Piktochart gives me plenty of templates to pick from which helps me put together eye-catching visuals in no time. The editing tools feel very user-friendly so customizing each design to match exactly what I need is simple and easy.

I genuinely didn't run into any issues with the tool since it gave me everything I needed for the job and made the whole process work out really well.

Right away, the biggest advantage of this software is how simple it is to work with. It comes with customizable, ready-made templates that make it possible to create professional-looking designs in very little time. Also, the tools for adjusting fonts, colors and images are simple and flexible which makes it easy to put together unique and original visuals.

Cons

One thing that could be better is its image library which feels a little limited. At times, it's hard to find the exact image I need so I end up looking on other platforms for extra options. That can add some extra time to the process but in the end it's still worth it to get the result I want.

It lets me put together marketing videos for my social media channels and it has helped me reach a lot more customers through short promotional videos on those platforms.

Working as an elementary classroom teacher, I use it to design all kinds of learning posters for my classroom walls. It saves me money since I no longer need to buy commercial educational posters from local teacher supply stores and the posters I make myself are much more relevant and better aligned with the exact content I'm teaching my students.

Back when it launched around 2015/2016, I jumped on it right away because I'm a total tool geek and love trying platforms like this. Even without any formal graphic design training, it helps me create work that looks like it was made by someone who does this professionally. As long as you stick to a few basic design principles like spacing, alignment and proximity, it's genuinely difficult to make something look bad in this program. My clients regularly compliment the infographics, posters and social media covers I create with it.

I wouldn't really call this a downside at all, it's more credit to the company for how they respond to feedback. Every time I've suggested a fix or asked for a feature, they've actually followed through and delivered. That's seriously impressive. They also do a fantastic job of staying connected with their users which makes the whole experience even better.

Right from the start, this software has been incredibly simple to use. Pretty much anyone can pick it up, from young kids in elementary school to older adults. I started using it back in fifth grade and it helped me with school projects then and still supports me now in college for presentations. The accessibility has been fantastic.

At times, I haven't been able to find the exact font I wanted. The available fonts are definitely good but it would be a really interesting addition if users could create their own fonts.
