“perfect”
Pros
Even without any design or development background, it's possible to jump right in and put together a top-quality infographic in just an hour or two. In a previous role, we became so productive with it that we even started creating custom infographic packages for our customers.
Cons
You pretty much have to pay before you can really see what the tool offers. The free trial is so limited that it doesn't fully show why this is something every team could benefit from.

“Simple access”
Pros
The strongest thing about this application is how fast and easy it is when you need to create any kind of art on the spot. It's also convenient to get into the platform just by using your email once you're registered on the website.
Cons
I'd really prefer if the upload limit for free users was higher than 40 MB. That feels pretty restrictive when you're working on a longer project and need to make several edits. I'd also like to see a few more templates available to choose from. I'm not sure whether there's a community template section that I just haven't explored yet but that would be a nice addition too. I understand why advertising is included but my office doesn't have the budget for a paid subscription so we use the free version which leaves a Piktochart watermark/boilerplate on everything we make.

“has smart data tools”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is that most of the features are free, even though there is a limit on storage when uploading your own images. The editor is very solid because it includes guide lines that make it easier to align and adjust elements precisely. It also gives more editing options for elements than similar tools like Canva. There's a wide selection of graphics available, such as bar charts, pie charts, Venn diagrams and others and you can import data from CSV or XLSX files or even connect a Google Spreadsheet link to handle dynamic data. It also includes a variety of maps you can add into a design, along with the option to include data and legends. Another useful feature is being able to embed video files from YouTube and Vimeo. After publishing a presentation, transitions can be added and I can decide whether to keep the presentation private or share it through social networks. The free version also lets you download in PNG format with acceptable quality.
Cons
Downside is that collaborative work is not available unless you pay for the Pro Team plan. Elements also cannot be animated when creating presentations. Also, the platform adds a watermark that can only be removed by subscribing to the Pro plan or Pro Team plan.

“so good!”
Pros
It stays nicely focused which makes it possible to create some really impressive infographics without being cluttered by a lot of extra features you'd probably never use anyway.
Cons
If it could have a preview of the final infographic based on the file type you selected, that would be perfect! Since the layout shifts a bit to match the export requirements.

“Simple layout”
Pros
Getting started felt very easy because the layout is so simple to use. As someone making an infographic for the first time, I checked out quite a few websites to find the most beginner-friendly option and this one easily ranks in my top three. I was able to put together an infographic from a template in under 30 minutes and it still gave me room to adjust things to better fit what I needed.
Cons
The biggest drawback is that the free plan is very limited when it comes to templates. There's also a "lite" version that costs about half as much as the more capable paid plan but it still doesn't give you much flexibility. Because of that, it's tough to justify paying for access to more templates without also getting the added functionality. Even so, that doesn't really take away from the platform itself, the quality is definitely there, it just comes at a price.

“Responsive support”
Pros
It felt very easy to get started especially with the option to import data directly from Excel or Google Sheets. The PDF exports come out in high quality and can still be edited later in other software like Illustrator which is really useful. It also lets you upload your own graphics, including SVG files for charts and that adds a lot of flexibility. Also, the real-time customer support and troubleshooting help have been excellent and there are plenty of templates to work with.
Cons
The built-in icon library is a bit underwhelming, with several useful icons missing and the overall selection not being very appealing. I'd also appreciate more control over how the generated graphs can be customized. Color management is another area that could definitely use some improvement.

“best infographic creator around”
Pros
Back in college, this was the tool that saved me more than once. It's hands down the best infographic creator I've used. Putting together polished, professional-looking infographics is incredibly simple and honestly it works far better for that than trying to build one in Photoshop. The templates give you a strong starting point right away and the text frames add a really creative touch that makes everything look more interesting. Absolutely love using it!
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints yet. It's such a user-friendly piece of software and being web-based makes it even better. I can jump in and access it from anywhere which is hard not to love.

“quality infographics in minutes”
Pros
Putting together polished infographics for presentations and social media is really quick with this program and the final results come out looking complete and high quality.
Cons
One thing I don't care for is how large the software branding shows up at the bottom of the image since it can be distracting for viewers.

“Strong templates and icon library”
Pros
Having access to the templates and icon library has been a big plus. The text frames are especially useful for coming up with fresh ways to make text look more visually appealing while highlighting facts and figures.
Cons
A major limitation for us is not being able to upload custom fonts. Another frustration is that when you share a chart, the other person can only view it and not download it. Because of that, we have to download a copy every time and upload it somewhere else so they can mark it up during the review process. Also, the design alignment feels inconsistent. When trying to line things up, the auto-alignment can be a bit off. At 300% zoom something may look properly aligned but once you go back to 100%, extra spacing shows up. That same inconsistency seems to carry over into the PDFs as well.
