Creating materials with this has been really easy and it saves me from needing to hire a graphic designer. I can put together just about any communication material I need and the predefined layouts make it simple to place my content where it fits best. The professional, appealing designs also do a good job of catching the attention of my target audience.

Only thing I'd like to see is a mobile app for lighter, on-the-go creation.

One of my favorite parts of this software is the video feature. It's really easy to work with and getting an editable transcript added with subtitles is very easy. That makes it simple to turn the text into a blog post which saves me a lot of time. I've also just started exploring the infographics, posters and reports tools and those have been just as user-friendly. The learning curve feels light and since I spend a lot of time repurposing content, it has made that whole process feel much more organized.

Honestly there isn't much to complain about with this software. It delivers on what it promises and it does the job well.

Having this tool on hand makes turning the ideas in my head into something visual much more doable especially since I do not have the design skills to build it from scratch. The templates give me a solid starting point, the drag-and-drop editor keeps things simple and I never have to mess with HTML. Exporting is easy and the whole platform feels pretty user friendly to use.

Really don't have any real complaints... especially at this price. There may be other products out there that offer more but the value for what you pay feels absolutely right.

Being able to jump right in and handle everything on my own was a big plus especially since I hadn't thought that was even possible before. It gave me the confidence to move fast and put together important marketing materials in a very short time.

The free plan feels pretty limited and I had to get a subscription to access the more advanced features. That was a bit frustrating since I only needed the tool for occasional tasks rather than ongoing work. A pay-per-asset option would make much more sense in cases like mine instead of requiring a full subscription.

Even without a design background, I can confidently say yes. It has made the whole process much more approachable by offering a wide range of templates with colors, fonts and spacing already coordinated. That built-in design consistency lets me drop in my own content and feel confident that everything will still look polished together. It was also very simple to customize with our brand colors and style so the infographics we create feel like they were produced directly by our internal team.

One thing I'd really like to see improved is template search. It would be helpful if I could look up specific formats more easily using terms like "comparison chart" or "versus chart."

Designing our newsletter became much more manageable with this software. It also gave us the ability to create a range of postcards and Facebook cards which was really useful for our projects.

Something that didn't work well at the time was the lack of Outlook compatibility. We eventually got around it by inserting the images as PNG files and that has been the only way it works for us.

Loading and saving can be a bit slow at times which gets frustrating.

Uploading a video to it, adding a title, checking the transcription making any needed edits and sharing it to social platforms all happens really quickly. The whole workflow is what I appreciate most. Within just a few minutes, everything is ready to go. Since I started using it, my content has been getting more likes, views, shares and responses. It has become my go-to tool for covering Notre Dame athletics and I'm even seeing others follow the same approach.

Piktochart has been fantastic for creating infographics. There are tons of chart options which is a huge plus and the prebuilt templates are something I rely on all the time. I almost always start with one of the ready-made designs and it saves me a lot of time.

For the way I use it, I honestly don't have any real complaints. If anything, it would be nice to have more free elements available for designing but there's always the option to upgrade to a premium plan for more.

Jumping into it with zero infographic experience felt surprisingly easy. I began with a template and was able to pick up the layout quickly, then customize colors and different features, as well as import my own images and graphics. Designing in the program was genuinely fun.

Cons

I would have preferred automatic saving while editing. I also would have liked a wider selection of built-in icons so I didn't have to look elsewhere for them. At times, getting the exact item to switch to the precise color I wanted took a few attempts but the final products still came out really well.
