“Saved me from hiring an assistant

Pros

Reclaim.ai is very much transformed my workflow. I decided to switch from the tool I had been using after just one day of trying it out. Instead of spending endless hours on organizing my calendar, I now click a few buttons and it handles everything automatically. It saves me an hour every day to the point where I realized I no longer need a personal assistant to manage my calendar. In short it is a total game changer.

Cons

There are a few features I would love to see, like one off meeting scheduling but honestly, they are all pretty minor issues.

“Works the best for me!

Pros

I use Reclaim.ai mainly for tracking my stats. Time management used to be a challenge for me and I am working on building better habits. I love that with it I can set critical levels for my habits and even color-code them. This helps me stay on track and focus on deep work. Their customer support has been fantastic too. As a beginner with Calendars, I have had plenty of questions and they have been quick to respond and explain everything clearly. Plus I can download notes from support to refer to later which is really helpful.

Cons

The Time defense feature is great but I have had trouble getting it to work correctly. It is likely that I am not setting it up right. When I try using it my calendar events get all mixed up. The more I use it, the better I will get at understanding it. Also it would be nice if you could add vacation or days off and have it automatically update your calendar.

“Excellent tool for time management

Pros

What I really like about it is how it integrates with Asana. And when I create tasks from Slack or email I can easily schedule them using Reclaim.ai.

Cons

I failed to figure out how to use it with my personal email unless I merged it with my work email.

“Easy yet powerful for managing tasks and schedules

Pros

It is a simple yet powerful solution for managing tasks, prioritizing them and scheduling. It works especially well for my use case where I take action items from Google Docs which syncs seamlessly with Google Tasks and Reclaim. I have tried a lot of tools including Smartsheet, ClickUp and Motion but Reclaim.ai feels like the one I will finally stick with.

Cons

Well it would be awesome if they added more project management features in the future. I suspect they are more focused on integrations with Asana and similar tools for project management.

“In just a month, I've felt more productive than ever

Pros

One thing I love about it is how it makes internal team meetings more flexible. This allows me to free up more time for client or prospect meetings. Plus the implementation was very simple and I enjoyed integrating it into my work routine.

Cons

You have to be careful with the filters you set for your habits. If you accidentally set times outside your available meeting window, things can get messed up and you will have to search to figure out why. Also if you want something daily but not on weekends, you have to set it as 5 days a week instead of just daily as otherwise, things can break. Thankfully their customer support has made it easier for us to find these issues.

“Works perfectly

Pros

The sync feature worked perfectly as it allowed all my clients to see my real availability. The smart recurring meetings feature is great too and the booking links work really well. It offered everything I needed from Calendly but with extra features. After just one day of testing I switched to Reclaim.ai and have not looked back. Even when I had an issue which was due to some Google API quirks, their team was on it and troubleshooting in no time.

Cons

I cannot really complain about anything but I do wish it supported Outlook for the one customer I have using MS.

“Makes life easier

Pros

My biggest struggle used to be balancing client work with my own business growth. Reclaim.ai helped me eliminate the guilt I felt when focusing on one task while worrying about other priorities. It automatically organizes everything so I can stay focused on what is in front of me, knowing I will have time to tackle the next project before its deadline. And the best part is that it even schedules my lunch, so I am actually eating every day now! Lol.

Cons

It does not integrate directly with Trello so I have to manually enter and update tasks and because of this at times I miss one.

“A small price for great results

Pros

After getting through the learning curve and setting it up for my needs, I found Reclaim.ai to be an excellent tool for time blocking. I just list my tasks, set their priority and estimated time and the tool takes care of the rest. It is like having a personal assistant for a very minimal cost. Also their customer support is quite helpful if you have questions.

Cons

Some tasks that are overdue do not seem to be flagged as important. Ans if I miss a deadline, the task might not even show up on my schedule which is a little worrying.

“Ideal mix of automation and control

Pros

Reclaim.ai gives you enough control to instruct the system on how to schedule tasks exactly the way you want. Plus it integrates well with ClickUp and Google, letting us manage tasks from anywhere. Being able to adjust our schedule from any Google client and update priorities manually is perfect for when things change unexpectedly.

Cons

There is room for improvement but nothing major. As the phone interface is a bit tricky as it is hard to touch or sometimes it tries to change a meeting. Also I wish the color control was better defined and the ability to drag and drop habits into the calendar would be amazing.

Now I do not even have to think about it as time blocking just happens automatically for me.

Cons

I noticed that it is a little glitchy with recurring tasks.

“Fixed my calendar management with this tool

Pros

After 15 years of trying different tools to manage my calendar, I have finally found one that works for me. The combination of a scheduler, tasks and habits under one umbrella of priorities and due dates makes it the ultimate tool for balancing my work and personal life.

Cons

The initial setup is a bit complex as I had to spend at least 5 to 10 hours adjusting everything to get it just right.

“Switched from Calendly - The best choice I made

Pros

The pricing was what convinced us to switch. The free plan is great for businesses needing a single link but having the option for flexible scheduling links and targeted calendars is fantastic for keeping everything organized. Also the recurring meeting options and automatic travel time between meetings are proven very helpful. And the setup is really easy and it integrates well with other productivity tools we use.

Cons

Well the cons include not being able to collect payments through scheduling links and having to be careful when syncing multiple calendars especially when personal and work events need to appear on both. And if I am not careful, they could overwrite each other. That said it is still a great feature overall.

“Made managing my schedules a simple task

Pros

All my calendars sync automatically, blocking off time when I am busy. It even schedules my lunch and focus time without me needing to do anything. Plus I never miss personal appointments anymore since they are automatically blocked off on my work calendar.

Cons

It does not work for my friends who are still using MS Office.

Pros

I love being able to block time for tasks and habits. Syncing my personal and work Gmail accounts so everything shows up in Reclaim is also a great feature.

Cons

The smart meetings feature is not quite there yet. When I tried using it, the recipients got lots of invites and cancellations. I think this feature needs some more testing and improvements.

“An awesome tool

Pros

Well I appreciate how flexible Reclaim is when it comes to blocking time and the variety of integrations it offers. My job is busy and I cannot always block off full days for work, so being able to schedule time for myself that shows on my calendar but is not visible to others is amazing. Also I am using it with ClickUp to help manage even more tasks for various programs I oversee.

Cons

I do not like that there is no way to set tasks in a specific sequence like parent tasks with dependent tasks. As a program manager, I often have tasks that depend on others being completed first. So it would be amazing if this tool could automatically schedule these tasks to follow each other but that is not possible right now.

Task integration with Asana and the ability to manage habits makes Reclaim an amazing tool. Plus getting started with it was easy, all thanks to their brilliant onboarding and tutorials. And their personalized outreach is top notch. In short I cannot recommend it enough.

Cons

Well I wish more people in my company were using it so I could schedule more smart 1:1s.

I was trying to develop a solution on my own when I found Reclaim.ai and it quickly became my go to tool for finding time to tackle the toughest tasks each day. Other apps I tried did not offer the same level of customization as most are focused on work tasks alone. But it lets me separate my personal and work tasks while still prioritizing both. For someone like me who values flexibility, it is simply perfect.

Cons

I know some features are still being refined and I appreciate the team working to improve everything. However when I try to schedule a lot of things while balancing priorities, tasks and statuses all at once, I still struggle to find the perfect setup for an optimized daily schedule. I am satisfied but I am hopeful these challenges will be addressed in the future.
