It's not reliable for our technicians in the field. Calls sometimes don't go through, which forces our techs to block their personal numbers, and it cause customers to not recognize the number and not answer.

It was a simple solution for a small business to route calls from a general number to individual phones. Calls never dropped and I liked that it transcribed voicemails.
Cons
The platform feels outdated... and navigating system settings to add new users was a bit challenging.
