Pros
It easily integrates with my cellphone when I'm making calls and I love it for that.
Cons
I have trouble listening to voicemails from my RC calls. I wish they would be forwarded to my regular voicemail inbox on my phone so I don't have to use the app.

The ease of use and the ability for our sales team to manage calls during business hours, as well as keep all after-hours calls organized in one place, is fantastic.
Cons
No specific complaints at the moment. The app didn't include HUD features before, which made it harder to use, but this has since been addressed.
