RingEX isn’t just a communications tool; it embeds RingSense AI across core communication modes (voice calls, SMS, video, and messaging). This means real-time call note capturing during conversations and AI-generated summaries, action items, and insights. AI writing and translation tools for messages. Generative AI search across communications These capabilities are more advanced or more deeply integrated than many competitors that only add limited AI features, or only in specific channels like video or messaging.

Cons

I can objectively point out the aspects of RingEX that tend to generate the most criticism or limitations compared with user expectations and competitor offerings. While RingEX’s AI is powerful in theory, users sometimes report that some features feel experimental or inconsistent in quality. This is common with early-generation AI integrations — the concept is strong, but the execution isn’t flawless yet.

Very useful app

Pros

The app is extremely userfriendly for both agents and administrators. I appreciate being able to fax, call, text and message all from one app.

Cons

I think RingEX are lacking some of the reporting features but I was able to find most of what I needed.

Amazing but a few things could be improved

Pros

So effective and convenient to have several key business services like telephony, group chat, text, fax and video conferencing in one place. The reporting tools and analytics are also incredibly useful.

Cons

I would rate it 4 stars because the system lacks a global address feature that can be updated by admins without the need for uploading outdated contact lists, which is not user-friendly. Also, it would be nice to configure the user interface remotely for each user.

Reliable tool

This program is incredibly easy to use and offers great value

Pros

RingCentral MVP combines all the major communication needs into one program that runs on your PC. I can easily monitor and respond to calls, texts, faxes and messages from various clients all within one interface.

Cons

The main downside of Ring central MVP is the transition from using a traditional desk phone to a desktop application. While you can take your calls anywhere with your PC, it took some time to adjust but overall, the experience has been positive.

ensures effortless communication across your business

Pros

I love being able to take office calls on my cell when I'm out of the office and I can even transfer calls to someone in the office. The texting feature is also great since many of our clients prefer texting over email.

Cons

There used to be some glitches with the app such as restarts or weak signal but that seems to have improved significantly.

It's simple to use on a mobile phone and I can link my extension to the app. Transferring calls to the right person is easy and I can log in and out whenever necessary.

There are more cost-effective options available

Pros

I don't have any major complaints. I used their fax line for a small business, and it worked well, but the price increases were a problem. They wanted me to pay around $275 instead of $120, which didn't seem fair. I gave them a chance to lower the price, but they refused so I switched to another company.

Cons

Getting through to customer service for simple inquiries was extremely difficult.

perfect fit for remote employees

Pros

Loved that I can use my RingCentral number instead of my personal or work cell phone number when contacting clients. Since I work from home, I prefer keeping my personal and business numbers separate. I can also set do-not-disturb hours, so calls won't come through after business hours. Another bonus is being able to answer calls via my mobile or computer, as the app works on both.

Cons

I don't have any complaints at the moment. The feature is great for remote workers.
