“Very user-friendly tool

Pros

I am usually slow to fully adopt new products because it takes me a while to get comfortable with new tools. But this one was easy right from the start. A colleague and I were able to share a screen while browsing and I was able to set it up and get it running on my own without needing help which definitely a big plus for me.

Cons

It likely has many features that I am still figuring out but I am happy with it just for the ease of using the basic functions. Also the core function from which its name is derived is simple to set up and start using. So overall I have no complaints to share.

The interface is simple and really easy to use. Plus it made collaboration quite efficient and precise.

Cons

No complaints at all as the support team was very helpful in accommodating any additional features I needed.
