“Simplified our work”
Pros
Planning sales visits is really easy and being able to import all my customers from the system I already use makes everything much more convenient.
Cons
Honestly I haven't run into any issues. Everything works brilliantly and I'd highly recommend it.

“helpful editing tools for students”
Pros
Students can use the editing tools without much trouble.
Cons
A few features are tucked away in the menus and students had a hard time switching from the select tool to other tools and then back again.

“Fantastic route tracker”
Pros
I mostly use the app to log my routes. Since I enjoy exploring, I keep a record of every route I've covered in one place.
Cons
It would be much better if the free version included a simple route-marking option like Google Maps, where I can set just two destinations. Creating routes manually takes too much time.

“easy data-linked customization”
Pros
Being able to customize the lines and markers while linking data directly to them is a feature I really appreciate. It opens up a lot of possibilities and makes the software very useful.
Cons
Don't have anything I dislike about the software.

“drawing on maps feels effortless”
Pros
Love being able to draw directly on the map is really convenient and the whole thing is very simple to use.
Cons
At this point, everything has been perfect for me although I probably still haven't used all of the features yet.

“Impressive mapping and route tools”
Pros
The software feels simple to use. It has a nice visual design and the route and polygon drawing features have helped my company create boundary maps that improved work organization and clarified each area manager's responsibilities. The interface is also very user-friendly.
Cons
The free version no longer allows map exports in KML format and that used to be a very important feature when creating maps. Building maps is still easy once you get familiar with the software little by little but the latest updates removed that function so now it's no longer possible to download layers in KML format for integration with ArcGIS which was something I used very often.

“Excellent platform”
Pros
Very easy to use and convenient to share with clients. I also really appreciate being able to send files in KML format.
Cons
I use it for utility mapping and with certain utilities the signal sometimes drops out. When that happens, I usually mark an "X" on the map where the trace ends so it would be helpful to have an X symbol or shape available for annotations.

“saves so much time”
Pros
Everything about the software feels user friendly so putting maps together is quick and simple. Duplicating existing maps is a real time-saver and the storage feature for completed maps is something I really appreciate.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is being able to see and click an icon again after selecting it so it can be reused within the same map. Also, when using paddles, it would be helpful if the numbers could automatically continue in sequence.

“easy to use”
Pros
Getting started with it feels very natural and the whole platform is very easy. The tools section in particular is laid out in a very user-friendly way which makes it pleasant to work with.
Cons
It should have more flexibility with icons. The selection of general icons, like hospitals and airports, is pretty limited and I'd really like the option to import my own though that may only be included in a higher-tier plan.

“Features are top notch”
Pros
Right from the start, the software feels very easy and simple to use for the things you'd expect it to handle. And if you want to dig deeper into your project, it also offers a solid range of features to work with.
Cons
What bothers me is the lack of a way to select multiple lines at once by clicking and dragging a box around them. When a project has a lot of lines, selecting them one by one gets pretty tiring.

This tool is fun and genuinely useful, also so simple to work with. You don't need any prior knowledge to get started.
Cons
There are a few minor glitches when multitasking but nothing serious.
