Highly beneficial and reasonably priced

Pros

Sembly AI is a solid product. No bugs, no unnecessary issues. Everything runs smoothly and as a recruiter, I really love it.

Cons

Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything works great, I mean really well, actually!

Pros

I like the fact that I can categorize meeting recordings by type which eventually gives me a clear layout of notes and action items. Also it does a pretty good job of picking up my voice and capturing key takeaways and actions.

Cons

I like that it can attend meetings for me, but I wish there was a way to make it less obvious. The automatic messages it sends when joining a meeting feel a bit awkward too.

Pros

Sembly AI software focus on my meetings and the people involved, along with the results I am aiming for, instead of getting stuck on writing down every little thing.

Cons

There aren't enough meeting types available and most of them seem geared toward software companies. If you are working with a client, for a client or managing a project, the options do not really fit. Sometimes it glitches and does not record anything, so I end up without any notes for a meeting I was relying on it for. It'd be great if I could add custom vocabulary or industry-specific terms and acronyms, so I would not have to manually fix notes afterward. Also, having the choice between detailed and basic notes would help since the notes are not always detailed enough.

Has so much to offer

Pros

It gives great key point summaries from meetings and can automatically create tasks that update directly in my task app (Microsoft To Do, in my case).

Cons

The only thing I would like to improve is adding video recording with timestamps. That would make things so much better.

Meets all my expectations

Pros

Turning meetings into full scripts makes it so much easier for me to keep minutes. I also love how it summarizes each conversation topic. And when I've needed support, they have always been able to solve my issues, whether it is system integration or general help. I use Sembly nearly every day to organize my spoken notes. The app and website are both really easy to use, and exporting files works perfectly for me. Also it is quite easy to set up.

Cons

One small issue I have noticed is that it does not always assign speakers correctly. Even though it is not a huge deal, but it could be better.

Offers steady, reliable AI performance

Pros

Sembly AI is pretty easy to use as we need no setup or training is required. Also the results are simply amazing and it supports multiple languages really well.

Cons

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike. I am really happy with it.

Cons

I would love to see it get to the point where it could replicate formal meeting minutes using Robert's Rules of Order. That would be amazing.

Pros

The best part of Sembly AI is that I can transcribe meetings and calls into text, which helps me target the main prospects.

Cons

An excellent tool that brings the focus back to the conversation

Pros

Sembly AI lets me focus on the people in my meetings. Just a few minutes after a meeting, I have a summary, outline and action items ready to send out. And I don't have to worry about missing anything important anymore. Also I have linked it with my Google calendar so I can use it for every meeting. I use it several times a week and it's an absolute gem!

Cons

There is not something that I dislike but more of a suggestion I would like to give. It would be awesome if it could capture video segments when someone shares their screen, so I could reference them easily later.

Pros

I am happy because it does exactly what it says. So it is perfect if you are in a lot of Zoom or Google Meet calls and need to keep track of everything that's said.

Cons

I am not a fan of the higher-tier pricing. It feels a bit steep.

Was worth the investment

Pros

It is very easy to start using. Even though it is not perfect, but it is really good. I use it every day, and it's quickly become a key part of how I get things done. The time I am able to save is huge. Also the notes are well-structured and when I need to follow up with minor tweaks, it is easier to provide better, more timely and higher-quality info to both colleagues and customers. Setup was instant and I was able to use it even before my subscription activated, and when I decided to buy it, the transition was seamless. Support replies quickly when I have questions. I have made some suggestions, and it is great to know most of them are coming soon. Integrating it into my calendar has been simple, and I think the Teams integration will be easy once my security team finishes reviewing it. For now, I can still use it with Teams, just not the plugin. Some of my colleagues have started using Sembly too, and they feel the same way I do.

Cons

There is no immediate invite option for Webex, but I think I can use the general invite workaround when Webex is the meeting tool. Other than that, I have no complaints at all.
