Pros
Interface is very user-friendly and the tools and features are largely standard while proving to be genuinely helpful. I believe almost anyone can become skilled quickly and if I have a developer on hand the API is an added bonus to hook into our current CRM so I can keep customers properly informed throughout the whole journey.
Cons
Like I mentioned earlier, the tools and features are feasible and pretty much standard so from my perspective I don't really have any complaints or negative aspects to point out.

“Automated sms replies for research”
Pros
That automated message-reply feature worked absolutely flawlessly for me from the start. When I used it for the first time to engage respondents in our postgraduate internship research, I admit I was a little skeptical and recommended that we send just one simple, standard reply to each incoming message, basically thanking them for reaching out and promising to follow up later. Given that our research was fairly feasible, we were able to deploy this excellent software without complications and we could also schedule follow-ups ourselves throughout the process. Overall I was genuinely impressed and I found the system's user experience to be surprisingly smooth and convenient which made the whole outreach workflow much easier than expected.
Cons
Unfortunately some of the messages were delayed so significantly that many of the interns began to complain about not receiving their messages promptly and I saw this actually cost some of them marks for being late.

Buyer beware. When I first reached out about the services this tool claims to offer, their communication was fantastic, prompt phone calls, quick texts and even a Zoom meeting. Everything felt professional but the tone changed after I handed over the money. Once I paid and it was time to follow up about a specific challenge, my calls and texts started getting ignored. Before I paid, they assured me that providing local numbers to text from would not be a problem but after I sent $97 CDN I learned those local numbers weren't actually available, an option I could only apply for after paying. My contact, customer support, oddly suggested I go to another site to acquire local numbers and said they could 'port' them over (whatever that really means). I did as advised but since then none of my attempts to reach them have been answered.

Being able to generate keyword lists and then create follow-up actions based on those keywords was essential for our team.
Cons

Pros
The automated message response mechanism works to absolute perfection, at least that's my experience. On our first project using it to engage respondents for our post-grad research I went in skeptical and suggested we only use one standard reply per incoming message, thank them for getting in touch and tell them we'd call back. During the trial I changed my mind, I was really impressed by how cleverly the system picked up keywords even when replies were poorly written or awkwardly phrased.
Cons
A backup emailing mechanism for contacts whose messages bounce would be helpful as it ensures that people with correct emails are still counted in my outreach numbers.

This tool is really easy to use and packs a lot of value. I especially like several features, free incoming messages, a free text number, the ability to schedule texts and autoresponders. What I appreciate most is the rollover credits, they've been really helpful for our team. There's also a bunch of additional features I haven't tried yet.
Cons
One real annoyance I ran into is that checking incoming messages on the Dashboard is confusing, the messages get mixed with undelivered items making tracking difficult.

I find the software affordable especially when scaling or piloting an SMS program. I think it's simple to use and very convenient.
Cons
My main issue is that I can't assign more than one person to the billing role. It feels annoying and unnecessary because a single user gets all receipts and billing details. Configuring automated chain messaging is somewhat awkward though it works.
