Pros

Cons

Misleading trial and refund policies

Pros

When I first started using it, the setup process went smoothly for me. I also noticed that the chat support replies very quickly whenever I ask something.

Cons

Concerns arose for me regarding their advertising and refund practices, as it misled me about instant texting and the free trial's availability.

Bulk texting and messaging automation

Pros

One feature I enjoy is being able to contact several lists at the same time. I can also schedule text messages ahead of time, reply directly within the system and attach things like videos, links or photos to my messages.

Cons

The limits on file size when attaching media to a text message frustrate me.

Pros

Being able to send and receive texts from our business landline completely simplified how I communicate with clients. I could sign in from anywhere, my phone or my laptop and still appear on the company number. The feature to blast out group messages to our contacts was incredibly useful, saving a lot of time when I needed to notify many people at once.

Cons

Occasionally, delays in sending texts have affected me, happening more often than with my current carrier.

Failed number porting service

Pros

At least someone from the staff is usually available to respond. Even if they can't fix my issue right away, they still call and explain the situation to me which I do appreciate.

Privacy focused messaging with trial

Pros

While using it, I noticed the free access only lasts for the first 14 days. I mainly use the app to promote my business and stay connected with clients and colleagues. Whenever I need one, it gives me a new number or verification code. Since I prefer not to share my personal phone number, this tool helps me keep my privacy while still growing my business.

Cons

My only issue was that sometimes I didn't get the verification code in time which was frustrating when I needed quick access. Thankfully, if a code fails to arrive you can request another one right away so it's not a deal-breaker.
