Easy message tracking with cloning feature

Pros

It's really easy to use. I can easily track conversations and opt-ins. I also like the ability to clone messages and campaigns.

Cons

It annoys me that the software doesn't allow sending text messages to numbers outside the United States.

Automated texts arriving on time

Pros

I've noticed that the automated text messages arrive exactly when they're supposed to which helps me stay on schedule without worrying about sending reminders manually.

Cons

Credit overage fees on the plan have been a source of frustration for me.

Difficult image uploads with poor support

Pros

For me starting one-on-one conversations with customers is very easy through the platform. I can begin a chat quickly and respond without any confusion.

Cons

Uploading pictures has been really difficult and repeated attempts to resolve the issue with customer support left me feeling ignored and frustrated.

fast chat support

Pros

Another thing I've seen is how fast the support team replies through the chat. In my experience the app works exactly the way it says it will and fits my needs perfectly. Honestly I can't really ask for more than that.

Cons

At first, there were limits on uploads and messaging but my allowances were increased which worked well for me.

Mobile app for editing and sending messages remotely

Pros

One feature I really enjoy is the mobile app. Being able to edit and send messages while I'm away from my desk makes things much more convenient for me.

Cons

An automatic unsubscribe message was added without our consent and that annoyed me.

Pros

automated messaging features

Pros

We rely on this platform to reach our text-club members with weekly special offers. Doing so has noticeably lifted restaurant sales especially on typically slow nights. What I appreciate most is that we can do much more than promos, we set up automated birthday messages and run prize drawings, too. The training videos are concise and really useful, they walk you through features without wasting time and make getting started feasible.

Cons

The constant unsubscribe notifications clutter my inbox and I would prefer a weekly digest summarizing new subscribers, unsubscribes and overall campaign performance.

Quick bulk import from Excel

Pros

Uploading all our employees' names and numbers into an Excel sheet and importing them took only a few seconds which has saved me a ton of time! Staff can also opt out easily if they want. In addition, I keep similar notification templates so I can copy and paste from an earlier campaign and tweak the message quickly when needed.

Cons

Writing messages longer than 160 characters forces me to create separate SMS campaigns and I'm still figuring out whether the MMS option is the better solution for me.
