“Game changer for waivers”
Pros
We originally added SmartWaiver to cut down on paper but the electronic waivers have been a game changer. Repeat customers only need to sign once, and the search feature makes it easy to find them. Integration with FareHarbor means most customers complete waivers before arrival, saving time at the shop. The color-coded kiosk home page helps on busy days, and the seasonal usage option lets us scale up or down based on volume, saving money in the off-season.
Cons
The initial setup took some time but once it was done, everything runs smoothly. The SmartWaiver team is very responsive to questions and open to suggestions for improvements.
