Easy to use digital waiver

Pros

It is easy to use and integrates smoothly with other platforms. Also I can upload my own template and make updates whenever needed.

Cons

Well it is a bit expensive, I cannot send the waiver directly as an attachment to the customers email from the dashboard, only a link. This is a challenge for our senior customers who are not very tech savvy.

Pros

The thing I like most is that the users can complete the liability waiver before the event reducing the wait time at check in.

Cons

One dislike is that the management report does not display the full name of the person.

Pros

Smartwaiver system is very easy to use and helps us reduce paper usage plus the dashboard is great for tracking the status on a daily or monthly basis.

Cons

There were some aspects that could not be customized to fit our business needs.

Makes waiver signing a simple task

Pros

Whenever participants join our program they need to sign waivers. Since all activities are outdoors, our coaches keep the waivers on their phones. It is easy to hand the phone to a new participant and have them quickly complete the waiver.

Cons

It would be really useful to know which kiosk (cell phone) was used for each signature so we can track how many people we serve at each location. Right now we have to manually check each waiver, note the time and date, tag it with the appropriate program location and filter by tags one location at a time. A report that shows counts by tag or ideally kiosk name for a user-defined date range would save us a lot of time.

SImple waiver signing on phones

Pros

We need participants to sign waivers when they join our outdoor programs. Our coaches keep the waivers on their phones, making it super easy to hand the phone to a new person and have them complete it on the spot.

Cons

It would be really helpful to see which kiosk or phone was used to capture each signature. That way, we could track how many people we're serving at each location. Right now, we have to open every single waiver, check the time and date, manually tag it with a location, and then filter them one by one. A report showing counts by tag or even better, by kiosk name for a custom date range would save us a ton of time.

Customer service they offer is simply outstanding, they respond to our emails within a day and the forms are uploaded and ready to use quickly.

Cons

A folder system for users would be really helpful, allowing us to store forms we dont need at the moment and better organize the ones we do

Just what we needed

Pros

SmartWaiver has been a great addition to our company. It integrates seamlessly with our booking software and the platform is so user friendly that I can handle most tasks on my own. One feature we especially love is the option to put our account in maintenance mode during the off season saving us from paying full monthly fees.

Cons

There have been a few minor issues but nothing too serious that I would like to report. And the best thing is that the team quickly addressed them.

Pros

SmartWaiver has been a great addition to our operations. It integrates easily with our booking software and most tasks are simple enough that I can handle them myself. We also love that we can put the account in maintenance mode during the off-season and avoid paying full monthly fees.

Business friendly waiver solution

Pros

The system is simple to use and setting up kiosks is easy too. The customer support is excellent and it provides reliable storage plus the ability to take pictures of customers is an added bonus.

Cons

It would be great to link the Minor Waiver to the Adult Waiver as customers get frustrated having to input the same information twice. I feel like setting up an online waiver video would be helpful as it is something we need to do.

Customizable and easy to setup

Pros

We run a volunteer based nonprofit and need liability waivers for each customer. Paper waivers did not work for our distributed operation so I looked for alternatives. SmartWaiver was the perfect solution offering customizable waivers, digital signatures and easy deployment through the SmartWaiver Kiosk app. We now have a fully digital waiver system and can easily track our customers. Volunteers can download the app and manage everything from the admin console.

Cons

I have noticed a few bugs that I reported. While they have been acknowledged, I have not seen any updates to fix them yet.

Easy kiosks and photos

Pros

It's easy to use and set up kiosks, the customer support is helpful, storage is reliable and I really like that it takes a photo of the customer. It's a handy feature.

Cons

It would be nice to link minor waivers to adult waivers so customers don't have to re-enter the same information. A setup video for online waivers would also be helpful since that's something we need to do regularly.
