SOS Click Features
Multi Destination Save And Backup
SOS Click lets users save Microsoft Office files simultaneously to multiple locations, including local folders, external drives, and supported cloud services. This redundancy minimizes the risk of losing work to crashes or accidental deletion, ensuring important documents remain safe and easily recoverable.
Foolproof Backups With Auto Save
The software offers autosave functionality that continuously protects progress without requiring manual intervention. By saving versions at regular intervals, it ensures that even unexpected shutdowns or application errors do not erase recent edits, giving professionals peace of mind when working on critical documents.
Seamless Integration And Accessibility
SOS Click features integration directly with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, supporting versions from 2007 through Office 365. Users benefit from a straightforward setup that requires no coding, allowing quick access to backup options directly within the familiar Office ribbon interface.
Customizable Save Locations
Users can configure SOS Click to back up files to destinations that fit their workflow, from local drives to shared networks or configured email accounts. This flexibility accommodates both individual users and organizations with varying storage and security preferences.
Version Control For Reliable Recovery
Each save action creates organized versions of files with clear timestamps, allowing users to trace back earlier document states if needed. This feature provides a safeguard against overwriting mistakes or lost edits, reducing the need to manually recreate work after errors.

“Amazing support and Great backup features”
Pros
The standout thing about it was definitely the support. I ran into an issue with the 32/64-bit version and the support team was amazing. They stuck with me and showed incredible determination to resolve the problem. Their effort made all the difference and without it, I would not have been able to use the program. Plus SOS Click for Excel is a great third-party add-on that delivers exactly what it promises such as multiple backups, either onsite or on Google Cloud at intervals I can customize.
Cons
Nothing to mention.

“A must-have for document backups!”
Pros
This is such a useful tool that was much needed! It saves your work in multiple locations at once both locally and in the cloud. Overall it is a real time-saver especially for important documents. So kudos to the SOS team for creating this.
Cons
It definitely should have been a part of Microsoft Office from the start. It is surprising no one added such an essential feature until now. So Microsoft, if you are reading this please acquire and include this add-on in Office.

“Loved it - 5 out of 5”
Pros
After setting it up, SOS Click takes care of backing up all my MS Office files to OneDrive whenever I make updates. I dont have to worry about dealing with multiple versions anymore, just clean, backed-up copies wherever I need them.
Cons
The program allows you to set up backups to USB storage, Dropbox and Google Drive which is great so no cons to mention from my side. That said selecting a OneDrive location manually is pretty simple too.
