Made a real difference in our business

Pros

Our management and teams are often out in the field and Talkroute keeps us connected with our clients without needing to be at the office.

Cons

We found it easy to use and affordable. However it would be great if they offered faxing support.

Offers the best support

Pros

Talkroute has totally changed the way we do business. It is way too easy to use and managing calls has become much smoother for our team. The customer support is also great as they are always quick and friendly. We have noticed a huge improvement in how we handle calls and our customers love how professional the phone system sounds. If you want a reliable and easy phone system, I highly recommend Talkroute!

Horrible company, avoid at all costs

Pros

There is nothing good to say. The system is awful and the customer service is poor. It was a truly horrible experience and I am sure they will be out of business soon. I switched to a competitor and even encouraged many colleagues who were using this system to do the same.

Cons

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They are unhelpful, disrespectful and just ridiculous.

Really amazing

Pros

Talkroute completely changed the way we manage calls and messages with our patients. Plus we love the mobile and desktop apps.

Cons

Right now it does not support faxing which to me is a major con.

Poorly executed with illegal actions

Pros

I never got to use the product because of their incompetence.

Cons

There is so much to mention but one thing I found the worst is that the way they interact with customers is rude and unprofessional.

Easy and effective

Pros

Well I was new to this kind of service, so I worked with the support team to get it set up the way I needed. They were really helpful and friendly. I had more questions along the way and support was always quick to assist me.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about the service. It did everything I needed and customer service was always there to answer any questions!

Allow us to operate our business from anywhere

Pros

Talkroute is easy to set up and use even for those in our team who are not familiar with VOIP software. Plus the simplicity of implementation and functionality makes it great for anyone.

Cons

There are occasional delays when refreshing so switching between my mobile device and laptop can sometimes be a bit challenging.

Setup is way too complicated

Pros

There are few things I like such as it is well priced and has excellent customer service.

Cons

Setting up the phone lines was unnecessarily confusing. Even though I am tech-savvy, I still had to call customer service to set up the voicemails.

Too much downtime

Pros

Stay away from it. Not worth investing. So I would say save yourself.

Cons

Firstly the poor customer service. Also the interface is buggy and the phone lines do not even work.

Amazing tool

Pros

I run a counseling practice and needed an affordable alternative to a traditional phone system. Talkroute exceeded all my expectations.

Cons

The only downside is that only one line has texting capabilities. Other than that I find it great.

Best for after-hours work

Pros

Well I love that tenants can leave messages and I get notifications on my phone. I can also send them texts without using my personal phone number.

Cons

I do not like that the voicemail box fills up so quickly.

Worst!

Pros

It is easy to use for the most part but one thing I noticed is that there is a lack of service!

Cons

Every interaction of mine with the support team was rude and the service is seriously lacking.

Does everything for us

Pros

We do not have an office staff on a regular basis but we still want to be reachable by our customers, so we use Talkroute. It is set up to ring 4 different people in the order of our availability. If we miss a call it's easy to check who called us.

Cons

When calls come in the ring time is a little long. It might be user error on our part though!
