“Horrible company, avoid at all costs”
Pros
There is nothing good to say. The system is awful and the customer service is poor. It was a truly horrible experience and I am sure they will be out of business soon. I switched to a competitor and even encouraged many colleagues who were using this system to do the same.
Cons
Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They are unhelpful, disrespectful and just ridiculous.

Talkroute has totally changed the way we do business. It is way too easy to use and managing calls has become much smoother for our team. The customer support is also great as they are always quick and friendly. We have noticed a huge improvement in how we handle calls and our customers love how professional the phone system sounds.
