“Terrible transcription results

I cannot find anything positive about this app as the transcription results are terrible.

Cons

I feel completely ripped off after paying for this service especially given the absurdly short seven-day refund window which didn�t give me enough time to properly test its real-world performance. In my experience it�s been the worst transcription app I�ve ever tried.. inaccurate, slow and far from what was advertised. The whole situation has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating to say the least.

“easy calendar linking and summaries

In my opinion it is a good platform because I can link my calendar without hassle and the app automatically joins my meetings to record them. Afterward I can instantly create concise summaries making client follow-ups easy and efficient.

Cons

The lack of CRM integrations is most frustrating as I cannot smoothly manage client info and follow-ups within my team's existing tools.

Pros

I�ve noticed this app consistently makes errors in transcripts often getting words, phrases and punctuation wrong which undermines its core purpose. When accuracy isn�t reliable it creates more work to review and correct rather than saving time. That kind of performance is definitely not acceptable for a tool meant to manage transcription.

Cons

Transcription support for European Portuguese is very poor and often unusable.

Transkriptor is impressively accurate for transcribing meetings, interviews and lectures as results are precise and dependable. Moreover it handles multiple languages and the dashboard is clean and user friendly making it easy to organize audio, video and transcript files.

Cons

Being in Brazil the subscription is charged in USD so after conversion it's quite costly for me and other Brazilian users.

Uploading videos is not a problem and I can set up upload queues to save time. Transcriptions are quick too and editing subtitles is easy so they end up perfect.

Background noise or multiple people talking at once often leads to inaccurate or mangled transcriptions.
