I really liked the value it offers for the price. The features are great and it's so easy to use.

design and overall feel could be improved. More options for customizing the checklist design would be great.

“great support with limited analytics integrations”

Pros

Before using it, we tried a few other user onboarding tools to boost our free trial conversions. the others had issues with multi-page onboarding and iframes but the it team helped me implement everything quickly and I had it all working in just a few days. Great support team!

Cons

Right now, it's lacking integrations with other analytics tools we use.

“flexible guides but difficult interface”

Pros

the ability to pick and choose different kinds of guides is the best feature of this software. Also being able to segment and customize guides is a huge bonus.

Cons

its quite hard to use and the UI is not friendly.
