“Saves time by simplifying the onboarding process
Pros
It's such a flexible and easy tool for creating an onboarding layer for our product. I love how simple it is to set up.
Cons
I wish there were more ways to customize videos and image resolutions. It kind of limits how creative I can get when building tours.

“Easiest onboarding tool I've used
Pros
We're using it to make our in-app onboarding flow easier, helping us collect key info from customers and guide them through the process. It's been super helpful.
Cons
There's nothing bothering me right now. It works really well and does exactly what I need.

“Easy-to-use onboarding tool
Pros
All the key features are available with the Plus plan. The admin interface is super user-friendly and the user experience is great too. Their support is really quick, which is so important to me especially the CSS/HTML class selector to make sure I'm picking the right components.
Cons
At the moment, I don't have any real complaints. There's maybe a tiny issue with how images show up but I'm planning to sort that out with support.

“Streamlines user onboarding
Pros
In our company, we started using lt for user onboarding. I'm not a tech person and don't have a coding background, so it was a big deal for me. I can now handle most of the onboarding process on my own. It's reduced my dependency on the IT team a lot and I can manage all of our software's user onboarding myself.
Cons
Sometimes the Usetiful extension bugs out on me. While working on an onboarding flow, the tour preview won't show unless I log out or remove the extension which is a bit annoying.

“Highly recommended for complex websites
Pros
I run an online dance school and I wanted to make sure that everyone could use the site easily. My site's kind of complicated with a lot of hidden features and many of them weren't being used. Since we started using It, that's totally changed. It's made it way easier for users to understand how our courses work and discover all the features we offer. The setup was simpler than I expected, It looks great and the support has been amazing. I'm really happy I chose It and would definitely recommend it!
Cons
At first, I thought I absolutely needed a WordPress plugin but after following their documentation, it turns out I really didn't. So far, no major cons. If they keep pushing forward with their roadmap, I'll be more than happy!

“Useful and easy-to-create product tours
Pros
It has a freemium plan and its pricing strategy is much better than the competitors. The interface is simple and clean and creating and publishing user guides is very easy. I use it regularly in my product. If you need something simple and easy to deploy, this is perfect. There are some advanced features I haven't explored yet like the marketplace and themes but I'm sure they're just as great.
Cons
I ran into some trouble when trying to create a multilingual product tour. The support team tried but unfortunately they couldn't fully help with what I needed.

“Perfect for creating onboarding guides
Pros
We've been looking for a tool like this for a long time. We even thought about building something ourselves at one point and the sketches we made were really similar to Usetiful! So when we found this tool, we were super excited. It's a great value for the money and you can even try it out before committing. There's a free version too! The setup was easy and I managed it with no real coding experience. Usetiful has everything you need to create onboarding guides for online apps. You can customize the guides, decide how they should look and set when they should pop up. It's easy to point to specific elements and there are lots of ways to target specific users. The guides can go across multiple pages and users can move through them by clicking objects or triggering custom events.
Cons
The tool runs off a single account, so it doesn't really support multiple users logging in to work on the same guides. You can share the same login though. Also, building the same guide in different languages is a problem and making visual tweaks without any coding skills feels a little awkward. But once it's set, you can reuse the designs which helps a lot.

“Fast to set up & easy to use
Pros
It's really easy for a non-tech team to adopt. They were able to add online tours to our web app without much hassle. It was simple to implement especially compared to other similar software I've used. When I had questions while using the Plus Plan, the support team was super quick to respond.
Cons
It's missing some advanced stuff like detailed reports, tracking feature adoption, running surveys, gathering feedback and having more templates and design options to play around with.

“Fantastic product with excellent support
Pros
It is easy to set up and customize (we even adjusted it to support RTL languages) and even the non-tech folks on our team were able to add online tours to our nonprofit's web app. The tour builder is really user-friendly and has all the features needed to create complex tours.
Cons
Nothing major stands out. Occasionally, it can be tricky picking the right selector to attach a step to but that kind of comes with the territory when you're working with HTML.
