“Offers reliable service
Pros
We able to create Golos. It is a voice based social media platform with audio conferences, voice chats and other features. What stood out while working with Voximplant was their professionalism in communicating with clients. They set up a group chat and assigned a dedicated team to handle our project. They were always available for conference calls with our developers. What is impressive is that Voximplant has done all this for free because they believe in our product!
Cons
When working on a complex, cutting edge product failures are bound to happen. So I feel like it would be helpful to get a more detailed analysis of these failures along with a quick identification of where the error is coming from.

Pros
Voximplant offers very powerful APIs for telephony. We were able to build our entire product using their APIs.
Cons
It is quite expensive but do not worry much as the price is negotiable. The team is very supportive.

It meets all our specific requirements from he design and configuration along with how it handles inbound and outbound calls. It is simply excellent. I highly recommend it.
Cons
Well I would like to see better development for interacting with messaging channels. There are external protocols we have to follow that make the process a bit too long.

“My go-to for connecting Jitsi backends
Pros
Its JavaScript based control over dial plans and IVR is proven perfect for our development team. Their versatile REST APIs give us full control and we have rarely encountered something we could not do. Their global coverage allows us to offer dial-in services worldwide. The advanced media stack has some amazing optimizations that improve quality and reduce the load on our SIP to video gateways by multiplexing multiple media streams into a single channel (intrasession SSRC mixing). They also support audio levels (RFC6464) which is a great innovation for our architecture.

“Remarkable callbot
Pros
With it we are able to quickly set up our first call bot campaign using the drag and drop system which makes everything easy for us to manage without any coding. Plus the dedicated account manager is something that sets them apart from others.
