“The ultimate online meetings tool”
Pros
I really appreciate being able to send comments and share links in real time during meetings. It's especially helpful when discussing topics that involve referencing websites. Sharing my screen is also a game changer as it helps everyone understand what I'm talking about by seeing exactly what I'm seeing.
Cons
I don't like that sometimes my camera permissions get messed up, which wastes time before meetings.

“An easy-to-use virtual meetings tool with many features”
Pros
It eliminates the need for users to install any software. Plus the API allows for video conferencing integration directly into web pages and the ability to create personalized meeting links is a huge plus. I also love that they offer a great free platform.
Cons
It lacks integration with third party applications and analytics. Also we can't share meeting codes during a private meeting, which would be helpful.

“A web conferencing tool with fewer capabilities”
Pros
The service is great for quickly inviting guests with fast access and offers high-quality video and audio.
Cons
Some limitations include file sharing (only supports Google Drive and you can't upload files from your computer), virtual background privacy features (you can't add a virtual background image for privacy) and screen sharing (you have to share the whole screen, at least on a Mac).

“Fast and simple meetings”
Pros
It's perfect for managing a work team. It's simple enough to use every day, and you can even keep it running all day without any issues.
Cons
While it's a great quick use tool, it lacks some features you might need for team based work, like file management.

“Affordable video conferencing tools with essential features”
Pros
The main goal is to offer video conferencing at an affordable price. It's very cost effective and still provides all the essential features you need. No app installations required and it works directly from the browser with a clean and minimalistic UI. It's perfect for small teams of up to 50 members.
Cons
It doesn't offer features like noise cancellation, call transcription or live captions. Screen sharing can be a bit laggy sometimes. But with regular updates, it's getting better and adding more features.

“Perfect if you can manage with the free version”
Pros
It's so easy to use that you don't need any explanation when inviting a customer. I also love having my own custom room URL.
Cons
The 4 person limit is pretty restrictive and forces you to upgrade. When I decided to leave, they introduced a better pricing plan that lets you pay for the room instead of paying per user, which is a much better deal.

“Whereby allows quick and easy team connections”
Pros
The service is fast, light on resources and works even with internet speeds under 1 Mbps. I can still share my screen and video even if the quality isn't top notch, making it a great option for meetings.
Cons
I haven't found anything major I dislike yet! The interface might be too simple for some but I prioritize performance over design any day. One downside could be that anyone with your personalized link can access the meeting.

“Screen sharing made easy, no extension needed”
Pros
No need for extensions or installations, making it super simple for participants with varying technical skills.
Cons
Haven't encountered any issues yet! However you still need the app to share your screen on mobile and recordings cost extra (but they're still affordable).

“A dependable, easy and effective product”
Pros
The best part about Whereby is how easy it is to use. No need for downloads, no extensions and no installations. Everyone can join in a flash. It makes connecting with clients quick and efficient.
Cons
There's not much to dislike. The simplicity makes it super easy to use, though sometimes the connections can be spotty.

“Whereby gets it right where others don't”
Pros
Whereby allows me to easily connect with people who don't have access to desktop clients like Zoom. It's also much smoother for starting meetings.
Cons
It lacks features like Zoom's selective sharing and audio sharing, which would be nice.

“The tool I always use for calls”
Pros
It's incredibly simple! Just share a link and that's it. No downloads, no gimmicks, no account needed, exactly what I need when I need it.
Cons
It sometimes glitches when I use Firefox but other than that, I think it's almost perfect.

“It hasn't changed in 24 months, but it's still great”
Pros
It is a one click start and a much better video experience than Skype. The Play Together' feature from YouTube is a nice touch.
Cons
It's a fantastic product for power users but adding a few more conveniences would make it irreplaceable. The screensharing feature is great for showing any software, even without native support. Ambient noise can be an issue for new users so I have to train my 20+ team members on the mute' feature.

Pros
What I love most about this service is how hands on and simple it is. No login or downloads required for new participants. It's made a huge difference in my remote work productivity.

Pros
The ease of use is fantastic. Unlike other software, everything is clear from the start and there are no hidden surprises later on.

“Making video meetings easy”
Pros
Appear is super easy to use and 99% of the time, it just works without any issues.
Cons
The new pricing plans feel like a downgrade compared to what we had as pro users but it's still a great value overall.
