I love how the company-wide communication works. It lets me ask questions and connect with people I wouldn't normally have access to.
Cons
There are so many groups to choose from that it can be hard to figure out where to post. Plus conversations often go off-topic since there's not much monitoring from the right people.

Pros
I use it for knowledge sharing. I can post articles about updates like business news, quarterly performance or anything new happening at the company. Plus it's got the interface to like and comment on posts.
Cons
If you're following a channel in Viva Engage, you get tons of email notifications for every little activity. I wish by default they didn't send emails unless you opt in.

Pros
I enjoy how it helps create a sense of community at work. Setting up, designing and navigating Viva Engage sites is very easy.
Cons
Overall my experience with this software has been good. The only small issue is with post sorting sometimes it defaults to new posts and when I change it to all posts, they can be out of order.

It is great for staying up to date with company news. I also appreciate getting email updates about new posts and information.
Cons
Since so many people are updating the tool across a huge organization not everyone uses it. Some social engagement doesn't apply to every team and the interface isn't the most interactive. It's not the simplest to use.

Viva Engage works great with Microsoft Outlook and Teams. I can pin it to the sidebar so switching between apps, posting and getting back to work is super easy.
Cons
When posting an image, it would be nice to adjust how it fits into the text so it makes more sense with the content.
