Pros

It's really well integrated with Teams and SharePoint. I get notifications through Teams and can easily find documents in SharePoint.

Cons

Some file formats don't support previews especially those related to programming.

Pros

It makes connecting with colleagues from all over the world incredibly easy. Whether it's for collaboration, sharing ideas or just catching up, It bridges the distance and helps me stay engaged with people no matter where they are.

Cons

I haven't noticed anything major, the app is pretty handy.

Pros

I love how the company-wide communication works. It lets me ask questions and connect with people I wouldn't normally have access to.

Cons

There are so many groups to choose from that it can be hard to figure out where to post. Plus conversations often go off-topic since there's not much monitoring from the right people.

It's an internal comms platform that makes staying connected fun and easy.

Setting up specific notifications can be a bit tricky. It feels like it's all or nothing but it's a small issue.

This tool is an awesome way to find and connect with your work community. It makes it super easy to discover colleagues who share similar interests.

I get so many notifications that I don't pay attention to most of them my bad for not unsubscribing from some groups.

Pros

I use it for knowledge sharing. I can post articles about updates like business news, quarterly performance or anything new happening at the company. Plus it's got the interface to like and comment on posts.

Cons

If you're following a channel in Viva Engage, you get tons of email notifications for every little activity. I wish by default they didn't send emails unless you opt in.

“Excellent for community connections

Pros

I enjoy how it helps create a sense of community at work. Setting up, designing and navigating Viva Engage sites is very easy.

Cons

Overall my experience with this software has been good. The only small issue is with post sorting sometimes it defaults to new posts and when I change it to all posts, they can be out of order.

I absolutely apperciate this app! It keeps me connected with my coworkers and the social media-like setup is so familiar and easy to use.

It is great for staying up to date with company news. I also appreciate getting email updates about new posts and information.

Cons

Since so many people are updating the tool across a huge organization not everyone uses it. Some social engagement doesn't apply to every team and the interface isn't the most interactive. It's not the simplest to use.

It's super easy to use and I can create my own story. Plus, it's a light app.

Cons

Searching for old stories or write-ups can be tough. I also wish I could tag them in one place for easy review later.

Viva Engage works great with Microsoft Outlook and Teams. I can pin it to the sidebar so switching between apps, posting and getting back to work is super easy.

Cons

When posting an image, it would be nice to adjust how it fits into the text so it makes more sense with the content.

I wish the software had more customization options for how it looks.

The best part about It is that it's a space where my coworkers and I can create and engage however we want. It's one place to communicate.

My least favorite thing about Viva is how hard it can be to find posts especially if you missed them when they were first posted.
