What I like most about this app is how easy it is to use, along with the handy To Do feature and message scheduling. It really helps me stay organized and on track.

I wish I could double tap a message to like it.

The speed of communication and the app's user friendly design have really impressed me. It is an upgrade from WhatsApp where we used to have most of our internal and external conversations. Plus, having a mobile first app makes it a lot smoother than web first communication platforms.

Some features are still being developed as the business is in its early stages but they are releasing them quickly. So I have nothing major to share when it comes to cons.

This software feels just right. From the moment I downloaded it everything about how I communicate got better. Also it is easy to use, packed with great features and quickly became my go to app. Whether I am messaging coworkers or managing my to do list, it makes it simple and honestly, it is hard to stop using it.

I had to really think hard for this one but if I had to mention something I would say the desktop app could use a little refinement. However with most activity happening on mobile, it is a small issue.

Thanks to Zenzap as all our team chats are organized in one spot making it very easy to stay on top of everything.

Well I chose not to use it with my students (customers) because I didn't want to ask them to download another app just for school communication. So for now we only use it within our team.

What stands out to me about this app is how it keeps work chats separate from personal ones like WhatsApp. Also it is a game changer for keeping important work info safe especially with team changes. Using it feels pretty familiar like WhatsApp or imessage but it has extra tools that help my team work faster.

If there is anything to point out it is that transitioning to it from the apps we were using before took a little adjustment for some team members. But honestly these are small things compared to how much smoother it makes our teamwork.
