Simplified scheduling

Pros

Zoho Bookings is a really easy tool for scheduling meetings. The interface is also user friendly, customizable and integrates well with other Zoho products. Also now managing appointments and meetings is simple for us. We can just share the link with our client and they can pick a time slot and duration based on the schedule set.

Cons

Personally I do not see any cons.

Makes my scheduling better

Pros

With Zoho Bookings managing appointments and client meetings is not an issue anymore. Also setting my availability, booking pages creation and setting up automated reminders is all quite simple. The integration with Zoho CRM and other apps is a big bonus as it allows everything flow well.

Cons

The mobile app works fine but I feel like it could be a lot more user friendly and could offer as many features as the desktop version.

Essential for businesses that book appointments

Pros

I love the flexibility to design my booking page and how it captures all the important info. Plus it integrates perfectly with other Zoho products.

Cons

Well I would love to see more theme and color scheme options to personalize it more.

A reliable tool for bookings

Pros

Not only is it really easy to use but there are also free plans available, it integrates well with Google Calendar and does exactly what it promises. Overall it meets our needs.

Cons

There is nothing in particular that I dislike. However the tool seems mainly designed for physical businesses or venues which do not exactly fit my needs but it still works well.

The best in online appointment scheduling

Pros

The process of booking appointments for our customers and consultations is quite simple. Plus it sends appointment reminders and updates via pop up notifications and SMS and scheduling and rescheduling events in real time works great. Calendar syncing is also seamless.

Cons

No complaints to share so far. It has definitely made our recruiting process much simpler.

Pros

Booking online appointments for virtual classroom attendance is so simple. Plus I love the online payment processing feature as it has proven quite helpful.

Cons

Zoho Bookings really goes above and beyond with its services. We are really happy and have no cons to share.

A budget-friendly option

Pros

The best thing about it is that it comes with Zoho One subscription which was an affordable option compared to other booking tools coaches typically use. Plus I find it simple to set up tasks and it offers lots of customization options, from availability settings to reminder/confirmation emails and even the design of the booking form.

Cons

One thing I have noticed is that iOS app does not offer all the features available on the website but it covers most of the basic needs of mine for managing bookings.

Pros

I really like how easy it is to use and I also enjoy the layout of the app. And my associates really like the booking program too.

Cons

The only issue I had was with the setup but once it was up and running, it has been great.

Really easy and with no limitations

Pros

It works as I expected. Connecting different modules to it is simple and also I love that I can customize the URL.

Cons

Nothing that I count as a con. Yes you have to connect to Zoho products with other modules like calendars but that is actually proven to be a plus for me.

Has been great so far

Pros

Zoho Bookings is quite easy to use. We mainly use it to schedule live show appointments and overall it has worked perfectly for us.

Cons

When I cancel an appointment it still appears on the calendar which is frustrating.

Works fine but not the best

Pros

It makes it really easy for us to create different types of appointments that too with various scheduling options.

Cons

There are two improvements I want them to make. Firstly we cannot view the history of emails sent to people who schedule. So I feel like it would be great if we could see the emails and their statuses like we do in CRM. Secondly most of our meetings are through web conferences GOTO meetings. I have set up an in-person location to include the dial in details in the calendar invite but when added to the scheduler's calendar, the Goto meeting link is not clickable. It would be great if there were an option to add virtual or web meetings directly to the calendar.

On the right track

Pros

Zoho Bookings works well and I find it reliable too. Plus it integrates seamlessly with all the other Zoho platforms.

Cons

Well I feel like it is just not quite there yet in terms of being user friendly. They seem to be too focused on adding extra features instead of getting the basics right. Often it feels like they release products before they are ready which is quite annoying. Also I think there is a disconnect between what management wants and what the customers need.

Really like it

Pros

Setting it up, editing and using it is quite easy. And whenever I have a question there are always helpful support people to reach out to.

Cons

There is not much to complain about. It occasionally glitches but the support team is always available for my assistance.

Good progress but some big steps backward

Pros

Well it works fine. But it is not what I expected it to be.

Cons

Syncing between Bookings and CRM is nice but I find it pretty limited. Plus the sync only works from CRM to Bookings and I failed to find any way to sync from Bookings back to CRM. And I also find it a bit messy and it needs a lot of work to be really practical.

It is amazing but better options are available

Pros

I give credit to the Zoho app as it makes it really easy for me to use.

Cons

At times it does not automatically add the meeting link in the invite which can be confusing and increase my workload. Also I feel like it would be helpful if I could accept or decline meetings before they appear on my calendar.

I like it!

Pros

My favorite part is that it lets my clients book their own appointments which keeps my calendar updated and my appointments on track.

Cons

The online payment options for bookings in South Africa are pretty limited. Plus the exchange rate makes it tough for us to afford it.

Pros

To my surprise it genuinely works so well that I hardly have to do anything to have client and prospect meetings automatically show up on my calendar,and it even includes an easy web meeting link to join.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind but occasionally the sync between Google Calendar and Zoho Bookings stops working and we just need to resync it.

A fantastic tool

Pros

The stand out thing about Zoho Bookings software is that it allows us to schedule meetings without any conflicts in the team's calendar.

Cons

Sometimes when an event is created the person's calendar does not get blocked off. This causes a little bit of a problem for us.

Pros

Setting it up and using it is simple. Plus the customer support team is fast, personal and quite efficient. It is not wrong to say that it is probably one of the best I have ever come across.

Cons

I have not run into any issues in over two years of using it.

A solid tool

Pros

I really like the cost and the features it offers. Plus it appears just as good as Calendly although setting it up can be a bit difficult for some.

Cons

Well I would love for all staff and managers involved in a service to be able to adjust their own hours without needing admin access. Seems like an easy fix. Also it would be great if licenses for staff and managers were less expensive than for admins.
