“Fully functional tool”
Pros
I was able to get itup and running without a problem. Where I am in Africa, a lot of people are still using older computers so having a fully functional web app for meetings makes a huge difference. I have been on calls with clients who suddenly ask for a demo and within about five minutes we're already on a video chat through Zoho Meeting. That kind of speed and convenience makes it really powerful.
Cons
Handling time zones is one area whereitreally falls short. If I schedule a meeting in a time zone different from my own, itseems to default to the attendee's time zone instead. Unless I consciously remind myself that the displayed time zone is not mine, I can easily end up booking the meeting at a time that works for the client but not for me. That has caused quite a few missed meetings.Itreally should work more like Zoom, with a prompt that clearly reminds you of your own time zone so you can choose a time that suits both sides. Honestly this is a genuine frustration.

“clear analytics are helpful”
Pros
Zoho Meetinghas been really useful for simple file sharing and clear analytics which helps keep online meetings productive and running well.
Cons
Itworks well overall although there is occasionally a bit of buffering. Even with that, the experience withithas still been good.

“Clean and ad free”
Pros
The clean, ad-free design makesZoho Mailfeel built for productivity. The interface looks modern, stays uncluttered and keeps distractions out of the way which makes everyday email use genuinely pleasant.
Cons
Video and audio quality can become unreliable when the internet connection isn't strong. A lot of users mention that calls may turn blurry or start lagging quite a bit as soon as the network dips so even mildly unstable connectivity can noticeably affect communication.

“professional and trusty tool”
Pros
Zoho Meetinghas a really polished, professional look which is a big reason it's become my favorite. On top of that the functionality is really good and makes the whole experience feel reliable.
Cons
One thingitcould use is better marketing. I also had some trouble finding the navigation for my company profile and the pricing model feels a little different than what I expected.

“packed with great web tools”
Pros
Usingithas been very convenient and unlike other options, the web interface includes plenty of tools that make communication much easier during meetings.
Cons
Well I miss having a desktop app installed on my computer since that would give more control over the on-screen tools. Another issue is that when drawing on the screen, my Wacom device seems to get disabled so I have to switch back to using the mouse.

“Best experience so far”
Pros
By 2025 standards, thisfeels like one of the best meeting apps out there. It works well on both mobile and desktop and the whole experience feels clean, simple and smooth. You really do not need much technical knowledge to start using it comfortably.
Cons
I have not come across anything that feels like a real concern. If someone does have trouble figuring out how to useit, there are plenty of quick answers online through Google or YouTube.

“support team is very helpful”
Pros
Getting started withthe softwarewas not a problem and the support team was genuinely helpful whenever something came up. They handled bugs and issues quickly and resolved them without much hassle.
Cons
Itwould be better if the free plan allowed longer meeting durations, maybe up to 100 minutes and if the pricing offered a bit more overall value for the money.

“affordable and still has everything”
Pros
Compared with the other Z company that started charging an arm and a leg after COVID,this onefeels much more affordable and still includes everything needed to run a good meeting.
Cons
One issue I noticed was that screen sharing lagged and wasn't fully in real time.Itseems like we have to preload any files we plan to share if we want the audience to see them faster.

“Host meetings from my phone”
Pros
Usingthe Zoho Meeting iOS app, I can schedule and host online meetings right from my phone. The shareable invite link is really convenient too since attendees can join webinars from anywhere without much hassle.

“Personalized reminders are useful”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is howZoho Meetinglets you send personalized reminders right before and after a webinar. It also does a nice job of following up with people who registered but didn't attend. On top of that the post-webinar stats are available immediately which makes it really useful for checking how many people signed up versus how many actually joined.
Cons
At this point I honestly don't have any complaints aboutit. I'd gladly recommenditanytime becauseit's been an excellent tool overall.

“flexible and highly customizable”
Pros
It is lightweight, flexible and very competitive in its market. The part I really appreciate is how customizable it is based on the way you want to use it and the pricing follows those choices which makes it even more appealing.
Cons
The only feature I feel is missing is the ability to display an interactive offer and honestly that is the only drawback that comes to mind.

“simple access, inconsistent quality”
Pros
It'sa great yet simple platform that covers everything needed for virtual meetings. Getting logged in is simple too no matter where you or the client happen to be in the world. There are times when the video turns grainy and the audio has issues but overall it keeps the meeting setup uncomplicated.
Cons
Audio can cut out in the middle of meetings and the video quality often becomes grainy. At times the call quality is really good and other timesit's surprisingly poor. Recording is inconsistent too as some sessions save fine but when you play them back, the sound can be awful. On top of thatit's also quite expensive.
