“Easy meeting setup tool”
Pros
Getting meetings up and running withZoho Meetingis very easy and it includes all the features needed to host a session properly. Participants also have the tools they need to join in and contribute during the meeting.
Cons
I haven't run into any downsides.Itcovers all the functions needed to manage a meeting anditalso gives participants everything they need to take part effectively.

“Consistently reliable!”
Pros
Across our organization, ithas been consistently reliable for team members and just works when we need it. We still haven't rolled it out for clients yet so I am hoping the client side doesn't involve a long signup or login process. If that part turns out to be simple, I'd be more than happy to add the SDK to our client portal and move up to the pro plan.
Cons
When I had a few questions about the SDK, customer support wasn't especially helpful.Itmay have been because the SDK is less commonly used and I wasn't connected with the right person. Aside from that, they handled my other questions really well.

“highly customizable”
Pros
This softwarewas pretty easy and it offers really good value for the price. It also comes with plenty of customization options that you usually don't get with other platforms which makes it stand out even more.
Cons
No complaints aboutit. I'd genuinely recommenditto anyone who's looking for a meeting platform.

“recordings are simple to share”
Pros
The recordings come out clear and are simple to share which really helps with my work. I am very happy with what you've built so please keep it up.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that the basic work tools aren't included in a single subscription so I have to pay separately for email,it and other features like that.

“great fit for Zoho workflows”
Pros
Usingthis software has been a great experience especially since it fits neatly into the broader Zoho ecosystem. Overall it works well and I like how simple it is to use while keeping everything in one place alongside other Zoho tools. That setup helps keep workflows organized and also makes room for some useful automation.
Cons
The downside is that reliability can be a bit inconsistent for certain attendees. One client couldn't getitworking at all and had to send me screenshots which forced me to switch to another platform at the last minute.

“overall a reliable tool”
Pros
The platformis very reliable. The interface is clean and user friendly so both hosts and participants can use it without much effort. Also there is barely any learning curve especially when compared with more complicated meeting platforms.
Cons
Integrations outside the Zoho ecosystem are fairly limited. If you're not already using other Zoho apps, itcan feel a bit restrictive compared with platforms that connect more broadly with tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

“affordable web-based Zoom alternative”
Pros
Compared with Zoom's overpriced plans, the pricing herefeels much more reasonable. It's simple to use and I also like that it runs in the browser, except when using it on an iPhone. I am just glad there is a great alternative out there.
Cons
At times the video quality could be better. The picture can get a little fuzzy now and then althoughitdoesn't really interfere with the meeting itself.

“free plan is the best”
Pros
Access to meeting recordings longer than an hour on the free plan honestly surprised me.Italso comes with several really useful features, like hosting video conferences and webinars and the platform is very simple to use. I have been genuinely happy using it and I am really glad I came across Zoho Meeting right when I needed this kind of solution most. The extended 90-day free trial was another big plus.
Cons
The one thing I like least is that screen sharing doesn't work on mobile phones so you're limited to sharing your screen only from a desktop or laptop. I really hope they fix that because with all the other excellent features they already offer, along with their customer support, adding mobile screen sharing would make a big difference.

“PDF sharing made easy”
Pros
Being able to upload PDF files directly instead of sharing my whole screen is such a useful feature. I honestly don't get why more meeting platforms haven't added something like that.
Cons
Itwould be even better if there were a whiteboard or a way to annotate and write directly on the uploaded PDFs. The recording feature is also helpful sinceitlets you view and download the transcript but I'd really like more export choices, such as PDF, instead of being limited to plain .txt.

“great free plan”
Pros
Running my business calls throughithas been a really positive experience especially because the interface is so clean and user friendly. Compared with other platforms that feel overly complex, this one makes it simple for both hosts and attendees to join a meeting without downloading bulky software. The free plan is also surprisingly generous, supporting up to 100 participants which makes a huge difference for small businesses and startups like mine. I have also had good results with the screen sharing and webinar tools since they're basic and work well for presentations. On top of that the integration with other Zoho apps helps keep my workflow organized and efficient. Overall it delivers a professional feature set at a very reasonable cost so it's a strong option for teams that want good value without giving up the essentials.
Cons
My biggest frustration withitis the latency. Even when my internet connection is stable, I still notice a clear delay between the audio and video and that makes real-time conversations harder than they should be. The lag often creates awkward moments where people end up speaking over one another because the sound doesn't sync right away. During important client meetings, that can be especially irritating when you need the discussion to flow naturally. I have also seen the video quality change without warning sometimes becoming noticeably pixelated. If Zoho could improve server stability, lower the latency and make connectivity more consistent, thiswould be close to perfect. Asitstands, these technical issues are really the only reasonitdoesn't feel like a full five-star product to me.

“loved the recording quality”
Pros
Right away the interfacefelt uncluttered and very easy to use. The recording quality came out really well and the meeting itself stayed stable without interruptions. Audio and video performance was on par with other providers which made the whole experience even better.
Cons
I haven't run into any noticeable issues withitat this point and have been really enjoyingit. If anything, the overall look and feel could be made a bit more premium.

“Best screen sharing during presentations”
Pros
During presentationsthis appgives one of the best ways to share documents on screen and participants can view everything clearly while the session is still going on.
Cons
The downloaded meeting quality is quite poor. I haven't been able to share the recording properly with participants because some document details look faded and other features don't show up the way they should.

“Easy, clean and reliable”
Pros
Zoho Meetinghas been really easy to use and that's what I like most about it. The interface is also clean and simple, meetings usually run without issues and the audio and video quality stay consistently good which makes it a great choice for professional online meetings.
Cons
One thing that feels a bit lacking is the number of advanced features especially when compared with some competing platforms.Italso has occasional minor lag when a lot of participants join at the same time.

“no app download needed”
Pros
Compared with other meeting tools, this softwarehas been a really user friendly option. The pricing is easily one of the biggest advantages especially for casual users who want something affordable. While using it, I didn't run into any problems with quality, connectivity or the overall experience. Another feature people really appreciated was being able to join without downloading an app on their device. When it comes to both cost and performance, this is an excellent meeting platform.
Cons
I didn't run into any problems that would give me real cons to mention. It's a well-designed, user friendly meeting program.

Pros
Getting started withitwas not a problem. As the setup didn't take much time and using it felt simple from the beginning. Joining meetings is also very convenient which is something I really like.

“integration and support are good”
Pros
Honestlyitchecked every box for us. We needed an API-based meeting booking system for our Legal Tech platform and Zoho Meeting ended up being the best fit in several respects. The integration was easy too, the live chat support was genuinely helpful whenever we needed assistance and the pricing was also very budget-friendly. From usability to customer service, everything has been excellent.
Cons
At this point I really don't have any negatives to mention. We've been usingitfor the past two months and haven't run into any issues so I cannot honestly point to any cons yet.

“Customization features are decent”
Pros
Usingithas been a really positive experience overall because it's simple to navigate and includes everything we need for collaboration. The video quality stays clear consistently and the customization features help every session look professional and aligned with our brand. Our meetings usually run without any hassle and feel very reliable.
Cons
Overallitperforms really well though we've noticed that bigger meetings with a lot of participants can sometimes have slight lag. The mobile version could also use some improvement to make controls and interaction feel more fluid.
