Pros

As Land Surveyors, 12d Synergy has increased our efficiency by allowing us to manage project tasks better. Features like task assignment, automatic reminders, due dates, notes, and easy linking of relevant files have greatly improved our productivity. Email management is a significant advantage too.

Cons

There's nothing I dislike about the software.

The simplicity of the interface, yet the powerful features under the hood.

Cons

There really isn't much to dislike about this software. On the rare occasion that something goes wrong or a feature is missing, the developer is very responsive. They're always open to feedback and willing to add new features or fix any issues that come up. They genuinely listen to user suggestions and are committed to making improvements, which is very reassuring and makes using the software a positive experience.

Pros

The potential for very useful features, including version rollbacks and email monitoring for unparalleled record-keeping capabilities.

Cons

Using the program slows down everyday tasks like searching for specific documents and drafting. There are plenty of bugs, some very harmful. They seem to be getting fixed, but each time several bugs are removed, new ones appear.

“Great program that is always bettering itself

Pros

Brilliant for tracking workflow and data sharing. If something doesn't work the way you want or you think a feature should be included, ask, and you'll likely get it. Customer service is amazing. The interface, especially in the latest version, is intuitive. Saves a lot of time once set up properly.

Cons

It can be a little glitchy, but that might also be due to the server. The backend/setup side of things can be quite tedious.

Pros

Easy email filing; they automatically go into the project. Easy document check-in and check-out. Clear visibility of who has a file checked out. All documents in one place. Great search facility. It integrates well with office backups, and since files sit on the server and the client computer, there are duplicates that can serve as backups if needed, which has saved us once.

Cons

You can't create a new Word/Excel document and save it directly into Synergy. You have to save it on your computer first and then transfer it into Synergy. There have been a few setup issues, but they've all been resolved well.
