“ACTS helps us stay compliant
Pros
We completely rely on this system to stay compliant, there's really no way we could manage without it. It enables us to track inspections and generate quality reports.
Cons
Writing custom reports is challenging since I am not great with SQL queries and it feels complicated for someone without much database experience.
