AccuLynx is simple to use, and all of my sales team members really appreciate it. They find the system user-friendly and effective, which makes their work more efficient and enjoyable.
Cons
I hope there won't be too many changes in the process, like when invoicing the job, it keeps changing all the time.

The worksheet categories aren't definable, and sometimes I need a section header that isn't available. If something goes wrong due to a lack of understanding, I have to use outdated methods to fix the errors.

I absolutely love AccuLynx. It's so easy to use and has everything we need in one place. I've been using it for over five years, and it's replaced nearly every system we used before. I can access information from any job, whether I'm in the office or out in the field. It's our all-in-one solution.
Cons
The mobile app could be more robust. For instance, being able to send PDFs or photos and update contract worksheets from the mobile app would be very helpful.
