“AiDI : Perfect companion for Project manager.
Pros
The web platform is intuitive for everyone in a construction project. The B2B feature benefits all parties involved, including architects, consultants, general contractors, clerks, and project managers. AIDI allows external parties to input their documents (directives, change orders, payment requests, invoices) efficiently, giving project managers more time for critical tasks. This efficiency reduces errors and speeds up document processing through an established approval chain, maintaining traceability for project closure. The software is adaptable, meeting our high standards and continually improving with new features.
Cons
Some modules are still being developed, like the scheduling and milestone chart. I can't wait to see them finalized and working, so a project manager can rely on these features for project oversight.

Cons

It's visually clear and easy to use, ideal for project owners, and controls stakeholder access based on roles. Exceptional technical support from Aidi's administrators is a major highlight.
Cons
Implementing the platform within a service is quite simple, but extending the service to all players is a bit more challenging. Considerable time is needed to implement this solution for all departments and stakeholders. However, the time spent on deployment is well worth it when the system becomes functional for everyone.

Managing change orders is very easy with this platform. Once the approval chain is set, email automation, including related documents, optimizes our time. The action history is accessible with one click. The organized tables containing DC/ODCs are very intuitive. Consolidating this data gives a clear project overview when issuing reports.
