Function but a bit slow and requires modifications

Pros

I love how entering and managing time tickets is efficient, and with standard equipment, assigning job costs is quick and simple. Getting customer signatures on work tickets right in the field allows us to turn work tickets into invoices much faster.

Cons

Sometimes the interface is really sluggish, and basic features like employee work summaries need a lot of customization.

Not meant for Oil and Gas industry

Pros

It's great to use iPads with the software and access the program via WiFi from anywhere.

Cons

Depending on the task, switching between my iPad and computer was a hassle. Reporting was inadequate.

This program offers many features and options, very flexible.

Pros

The program is versatile and adaptable, letting you customize its appearance and functionality. It integrates smoothly with QuickBooks.

Cons

So far so good.

Pros

The software is portable and user-friendly. Training new employees on it is simple and quick.

Cons

I feel the software needs more reporting options or a way to create custom reports. Also, an easier method for updating or changing hours worked would be great.

Good for what I need it for

Pros

I find the program intuitive and easy to navigate through the different options. The reports are very useful.

Cons

I've encountered an issue with double billing of items. Sometimes it takes a while to load, but that might be our connection.

Still working the bugs out

Pros

I appreciate the tracking feature and the ability to send messages to an entire crew with one click. Additionally, it's easy to move members from one crew to another.

Cons

There's a learning curve to using the software, which can be tough. Setting it up to fit my specific business needs is also challenging.

Easy to use! Good way to keep organized with people in the field

Pros

The software is very intuitive. We've had no issues communicating and getting what we need from the field back to the office.

Cons

Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about this software. I haven't run into any issues. The field guys use it to send in hours, and it's the simplest way for us to stay in touch.

Great agile software

Pros

Aimsio is amazing and can be programmed to do almost anything , it's highly adaptable and can integrate with anything.

Cons

It's cloud-based, so there's no on-premise software available. Not much else to say - it's fantastic and very well designed.

The product they offer is good. We are still refining it to work for our company, but strong bones.

Pros

I like how simple it is to create invoices. Just a few clicks, and it's done. It's nice that it includes JHAs and work orders as well.

Cons

It took a while to reach the standards we need. It's been a process of figuring out what works and what doesn't. We also get charged often when we need changes, which is not good.
