What stands out for me is its user-friendly nature. It makes finding land values for both acquisitions and valuations quite simple.

The software could really benefit from adding features for everyday property investors, not just dealerships.

“Decent software but costly

Pros

Both the product and their support are amazing. Its very detailed and considers many variables you come across in project development. Importing data from Excel or other programs is easy. Customer service is really well trained. They even use remote control through Skype to resolve issues. The system adapts well to changing markets and includes all the variables needed to keep analytics current with trends.

Cons

If you're good with Excel, you can probably accomplish the same things without needing this. Its hard to learn and you should expect to reach out to support multiple times while getting everything sorted out and training your team. The pricing is tough to swallow even though I understand its standard for the industry but there are cheaper alternatives out there.
