“Stay away from Assign
Pros
Unfortunately, because of how they managed our business, there's nothing I like about it.
Cons
I think the cost could definitely be lowered to make it more affordable.

“All-in-one compliance management
Pros
The compliance management feature has been a game-changer for the client I set up with Assignar. It makes managing plant and personnel compliance so simple. Everything, from plant documents (including scans and images) to service records, is easily accessible in the field if the client needs more information. The same goes for worker qualifications and licenses—they're all stored in one place and accessible through the app. The digital forms have been quickly adopted, saving a lot of time on-site compared to handling paper records. For underground asset management and safety, being able to upload Dial Before You Dig drawings directly to a job has saved so much time that would otherwise be spent printing plans or sifting through emails from utility companies. Plus, it serves as a document repository for project-specific documents, meaning field workers don't need to jump between different cloud platforms like SharePoint...everything is right there in Assignar.
Cons
Setting up the program took some time to learn. The support and training were great but I still need someone to manage it. It's not a set-and-forget system for small operators. Like most online systems, it works well depending on the data I enter and who's keeping track of it.
