“Slow, Poorly built software
Pros
It tries to combine lots of tools into one, ends up being bad at most of them. the estimating node tree UI is relatively good
Cons
Slow. I've been monitoring the network calls and times to do most tasks are too slow. 5-10seconds for basic tasks... when you're doing hundred or thousands of these tasks it destroys your motivation

Cons
The CRM tool could use some enhancements. The mobile app's interface could definitely be improved.

“A great choice to centralize everything
Pros
Bidtracer is fantastic for centralizing all aspects of a construction project in one place. It has a great centralized platform that keeps everything neat and organized.
Cons
I'm not the most tech savvy person so getting used to the software initially was challenging. But once I got the hang of it, the program turned out to be very useful.

“Simplifying the bidding process
Pros
My family's in the construction industry and we've been using this tool for bidding on contractor projects, it's been awesome!!! I can track all my projects throughout the bidding process and create custom quotes for clients. It really works like a CRM, with tons of features that help keep everything organized and running smoothly.
Cons
The program is so easy to learn and use with minimal training... but like any software, it can occasionally be a bit slow.

“Not a fan of this software
Pros
It did what I needed it to do. I can easily send invites, it is affordable and the customer service is good.
Cons
The interface feels clunky and disorganized, packed with way too much information. Navigating through it is a real challenge and it's far from intuitive. Even though I'm usually good with new software, I find myself constantly getting lost and needing help. Completing a single task often requires entering data in multiple places, which is so frustrating. The overall look of the interface is unattractive and outdated. No software should be this difficult to figure out or use.

“Faster quoting process
Pros
There are plenty of options and different ways to access information. It has really helped streamline our tracking and access to quotes.
Cons
It takes a bit of time to get accustomed to but it's worth the effort. Attaching emails can be tricky and might post to the wrong project if you didn't close out of the previous email, so it's really user error.

“Good value for what you pay
Pros
The value is definitely there. It's cheaper compared to some other construction software out there.
Cons
You get what you pay for. It has everything you need in construction management software, but it lacks many of the additional features found in other systems.

“A solid tool for tracking bids and a great asset
Pros
Bistracer is very time-saving and cost-effective. It seems like a very simple and accessible tool.
Cons
Sometimes loading issues occur on our end due to the computer freezing. Invoice creation is one module that needs improvement.

“Affordable project management software
Pros
Its cost is fantastic! and the O&M creation tool saves me a lot of time. It includes bidding and project management modules, has great tracking tools and makes creating pay applications really simple.
Cons
Bidtracer makes some tasks like submittals more complicated compared to other programs. The submittals are quite confusing to use, and the financial module is not fully functional yet. Bidtracer doesn't generate invoices. There are many extra modules and features that we don't use.

“It is a key part of our workflow at UESI
Pros
Product development involved industry professionals and was designed with us in mind. They really thought about how the bidding process and work procurement are handled. The web-based design and security features offer easy access and keep our data secure.
Cons
We're eagerly awaiting new features and updates. It would be great to see enhancements to the product on a quarterly basis.
