“Affordable, but basic features
Pros
The interface is clean and it's way cheaper than other options. It's simple to use and I see great potential for it in the future.
Cons
The initial deployment was laborious and the reporting options are very limited at this point.

“Dream tool for project managers
Pros
It is easy to use and has all the tools I need to track my project budget. I can import invoices and contracts which keeps everything in one place. The auto forecast tool is a big help in setting aside funds for expenses that I know will be needed but don't want to show as available. Plus, the reports are easy to read and export.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of anything I don't like about it.

“Efficient & simple tool
Pros
It is a one-of-a-kind software that makes managing project finances simple yet powerful. Whether it's a small project (under $5M) or a big one (over $100M), it meets all our needs. Its simplicity allows us to focus more on managing the project and less on tedious data entry tasks.
Cons
It's a bit of a catch-22 because the software is so easy to use and efficient. Sometimes there are features I wish were available but they're not. The reporting exports could be more professional and customizable so I can use them when presenting to clients.

“Easy-to-use budget software
Pros
It was easy to implement and use. It didn't have all the approval levels I've seen in other software, though.
Cons
The reporting options are too limited and it doesn't have strong accounting features.

“Very flexible solution
Pros
I love how flexible it is. I can easily update and make changes to contract entries and payables.
Cons
I don't like the project summary page. It's cluttered with too much information and at the same time, it doesn't have the essential details I need. Plus it doesn't even fit on the default page size.

“Amazing features
Pros
The report generation and disbursement register tools are very helpful for me. I can upload documents during data entry and download them as attachments to budget reports or draws. It's a huge time saver.
Cons
Moving between modules can be slow as the content loads. It's especially noticeable on bigger projects where Actual Costs take too long to load which is frustrating. Also, it's difficult to track a single budget with two separate funding sources. My workaround is running a separate budget for each source but that's not ideal.

“Always accurate with budgeting
Pros
There's a lot we love about the software. First off, it's easy to use. As soon as we enter any expense, it automatically updates the project balances. We can log in from anywhere, whether at the office or on-site and see the balance in real-time. We used to use Excel to track our budgets but It is so much more efficient and you get realtime results.
Cons
There's only one thing I dislike and I wish there was a spot to add a small memo or note along the way.

“Ideal tool!
Pros
It's so easy to use to track and manage cost information and there's a low chance of making errors or losing data.
Cons
It's way more time-consuming to manipulate or edit bulk data compared to a spreadsheet system. Also, it'd be great to monitor commitment status within the software without having to download a .csv export.

“User friendly software
Pros
B4C did a great job in taking our existing work and implementing it into the program. It's really user-friendly and has been a great addition to our team.
Cons
Selecting dates (especially for previous years) is a problem and we've reported it to B4C but haven't seen any improvements yet. The auto forecasting feature can be confusing if not used correctly, so you always have to be careful about whether it's on or off.

“Best tool for project budget management
Pros
Managing reports is always a must and It makes it easy to create reports, sort them however I need and make them as detailed or simplified as necessary. It's also easy to download the data into an Excel or CSV file so I can run my own analysis.
Cons
It would be amazing if there was a feature to upload a new project budget. Right now, inputting budgets is manual and time consuming, depending on the level of detail.

“Just started using it
Pros
It's very easy to use and understand. You'll know exactly how to do what you need with it.
Cons
It's maybe too basic for work functionality especially from a contract and invoicing perspective. There are some unnecessary steps.

“Avg for me
Pros
We chose It to manage our project budgets but at the time, it didn't track committed costs. So, our construction team went with another software which we ended up discarding after just one year.
Cons
NO CONS. I liked it because of how easy it was to use and how smooth the setup process was.

“Need a subscription plan for students
Pros
It's versatile and allowed me to present data exactly how I needed it.
Cons
It would be really helpful to create more video tutorials and quick sheets for new users. Also, offering extended trials and subscription plans for students and young professionals could help users get more proficient and spread the word about the software's capabilities.
