“Great product, works great, easy to navigate- almost too simple.

Pros

I love how easy it is for my employees and clients to use. There's very positive feedback from everyone, including clients, employees, and my office manager. They find it much easier to navigate compared to Buildbook. This is a big improvement since I was getting negative feedback about CoCon's complexity. Buildbook is extremely simple to navigate and the app works excellently, making it easy to see what we need.

Cons

On the backend, I'd love more customization options and the ability to view more information. It would be helpful to see job profitability and sync with QuickBooks to compare actuals vs. quotes. We don't have time to enter each line item cost, so we're missing that data. It almost seems too simple and lacks complexity on the backend. I want more options with quotes and Gantt chart creation. Having pictures and files transfer from "opportunity" to "projects" would be extremely helpful! Please make this change! I'm concerned about whether BuildBook will grow with my business. As my business expands, I want BuildBook to keep up and add more backend functionality. Don't change the client-facing side, just improve the backend!

BuildBook is a simple app that's perfect for both office use and on-the-go access, offering a simple and effective solution for various needs.

Cons

The unselect all option is missing, and filtering notifications by one or multiple people isn't working properly or is not providing real-time information.

Pros

It's easy to learn and use, with free onboarding sessions and handy reviewable transcripts. It includes estimate templates, the ability to use past jobs as templates for new ones, partial access for subs, a cost book, and contact lists.

Cons

Some areas are not customizable, like the categories for listing potential projects. We can manage within it, but it would be nice to adjust the titles to fit our company's terminology.

Pros

I like how streamlined Buildbook is. The other software I've used in the past was unnecessarily complicated.

Cons

I'd like to apply my invoice payments to specific parts of the budget instead of just lump sum payments to the overall total. It would be ideal to track how much each budget component is paid down at any given time.
