Builder Prime is very easy to navigate when creating estimates, contracts, invoices, and recording payments.
Cons
I think more information, like the customer's phone number and email, could be displayed on the front page.

I enjoy using Builder Prime for all my work projects. It's very easy to use and convenient to have everything in one place.
Cons
Sometimes when the service is not great, it doesn't cooperate well. I have trouble saving or accessing information.

“Overall great CRM for us!
Pros
I tried several other CRMs, and BP was the first one that fit our workflow perfectly. It was easy to integrate and operate the software. The integration with CompanyCam works excellently!
Cons
The only downside is that I wish Builder Prime would improve the app for phones. It's very slow, especially the sign-in page.

The convenience and accessibility of storing customer info, managing job installations, viewing photos, and restructuring products and pricing are great.
Cons
No major issues, just some minor details about the dashboard that could make it easier to see if a client is still in the pipeline or has been removed without having to click directly into the account.
