Amazing solution overall!

Pros

I appreciate the way everything stays organized on our side. Orders and schedules get communicated clearly to suppliers which is really helpful. The notes and alerts feature keeps everyone updated which I find valuable.

Cons

I've been dealing with some frustrating lag after the latest update and there's this annoying delay between typing and seeing text show up on screen. Even worse, it randomly kicks me out while I'm scheduling appointments, forcing me to log back in and start everything over again.
