Handy tool for teamwork on and off site

Pros

I find it really simple to invite my team to use BuildScan. The new workspace feature has been a huge help because it gives clear transparency not just for our team but also for our clients and the growing list of projects we're handling. It's made collaboration a lot smoother for everyone involved.

Cons

We did run into a small delay when adding some of our team members because of a bug but that issue has already been fixed. Now everything works smoothly, so it wasn't a big deal in the long run.

Smooth and simple task tracking

Pros

It has really helped my team and me manage projects more efficiently. I like that we can break down projects into individual plots which gives us a clear view of different areas and keeps everything organized. It makes it easier to work in a systematic way and catch defects or snags quickly so they can be fixed on time. What I also appreciate is that several people on our team can use BuildScan at the same time which keeps the workflow transparent and helps everyone move forward together without confusion.

Cons

After talking with the team, I know there are plenty of updates on the way that are going to make the system even better. I'm actually looking forward to seeing those improvements roll out.

Good project defect and workflow management

Pros

For me, the best things about this tool are how easy it is to use and how well it integrates with the team. It's great for managing snagging and defect detection. I also like that it works across different devices and has a solid web system, so I'm not tied down to one platform.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't really anything I dislike. I did message the customer service team about adding a few extra features I thought would be useful and they told me those are already in the pipeline. That gives me confidence the platform will just keep getting better.
