“Streamlines my daily workflow
Pros
I use it every day to track my construction projects in real time. It lets me monitor how each job is progressing and provide meaningful updates to both clients and contractors. The interface is clean and actually enjoyable to work with. What used to take me hours of manual tracking and coordination now gets handled automatically which has been a huge time-saver for my daily workflow.
Cons
Sometimes I struggle to help customers who aren't as tech-savvy get comfortable with the system. A screenshare option would be really helpful for walking them through things remotely.

“Absolutely Life-Changing for Our Business
Pros
It's very user-friendly right from the start. Working with their team has been amazing, everyone is genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. What really stands out is how they customize everything to fit my specific needs, not just during setup but throughout the entire relationship.
Cons
I haven't really come across anything to complain about so far! It keeps surprising me with new features and improvements on a regular basis.

“Great banking and customer management
Pros
It's an easy construction management platform that's significantly boosted our efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Customer support has been outstanding whenever we've needed help.
Cons
Some of the newer features they've rolled out recently don't really apply to smaller operations like mine but honestly, I can't complain about much else.

“Best tool with good capabilities
Pros
The feature set is really comprehensive and well thought out, everything we need for our business is there. The interface looks clean and going around is pretty easy. Our draw and inspection teams couldn't function without this tool.
Cons
Support response times are frustratingly slow, it usually takes about a week to get any meaningful help when issues come up. Like most tech companies, they've had layoffs that affected new product development we were counting on. I've seen them push unfinished products live that felt barely out of alpha testing, yet we're still paying for them. Daily features were often sluggish or nearly unusable which created a terrible user experience. It took a full year of improvements to get to what I'd consider quality and it's still marketed as a finished product. Now those features have lost development resources to other projects, and our early feedback still hasn't been addressed, management clearly doesn't prioritize what matters to customers. Our liaison doesn't seem to communicate our concerns effectively either. I'd prefer speaking directly with their development staff, since going through our primary contact rarely reaches the actual team. The company seems to suffer from typical tech company problems: management that's disconnected from customer needs, inadequate support for developers and prioritizing appearance over functionality. Client support is weak with poor communication from both support and success teams.
