The interface is clean and actually enjoyable to work with. What used to take me hours of manual tracking and coordination now gets handled automatically which has been a huge time-saver for my daily workflow.
Cons
Sometimes I struggle to help customers who aren't as tech-savvy get comfortable with the system. A screenshare option would be really helpful for walking them through things remotely.
