Pros

I really appreciate how everything connects and it's a brilliant concept that cuts down hours of manual report writing. Once you get the formulas dialed in, handling pay items becomes effortless. The way reports sync up and maintain consistent formatting across different platforms is fantastic.

Cons

I have no complains to mention, though I do have to enter the same information multiple times which eats up time.

The interface is really user friendly and makes inspections so much easier. Being able to attach photos to GPS locations and quickly fill out daily inspection reports using dropdown menus is fantastic.

Their support could use some improvement to better handle different types of customers and their specific needs.
