Great support!!

Pros

Customer service was fantastic in helping us get everything set up, and the way it moves information from reports to work orders is seamless. It's all really good stuff!!

Cons

After switching from FCS and Jobba, everyone dreaded having to learn a third new system. It was a tough transition.

incredibly fast help

Pros

Support team is incredibly quick to connect with you and solve any problem that comes up.

Cons

You can only delete one contact from a customer's account at a time. It would be much nicer to be able to select multiple contacts at once instead of doing them one by one.

Runs service division but needs apps

Pros

It allows us to effectively manage and run our entire service division.

Cons

It really needs native mobile apps and a better way to build reroof proposals.

beats competitors & constantly improving

Pros

We tried a couple of other programs before choosing Centerpoint Connect. Honestly none of the others even come close in terms of features, customer service and the constant improvements they make.

Cons

There isn't much I don't like about Centerpoint. The team is constantly making the program better and most of the issues I've had have been fixed or improved over the last couple of years.

Integrates pretty well

Pros

Love how easy it is to use, how well it integrates with our workflow and most of all the outstanding customer service.

Cons

The QuickBooks integration for projects hasn't worked for us.

Smooth tickets

Pros

The entire service ticket process is a 10/10, from how easy it is to create a ticket, through the smooth dispatch system, all the way to sending the final invoice.

Cons

Initially it was hard to understand how everything connected. We needed a clearer overview to figure out how to best implement it for our team.

Good for field, poor for office

Pros

It's great for our field techs and makes transferring data from the job site back to the office really efficient.

Cons

Doesn't feel designed for office-based field dispatch. It might work okay if you have one person or crew going to a single job each day but it's not ideal for more complex scheduling.

Thorough process for consistent info

Pros

The process is very thorough which helps everyone consistently get the right information they need.

Cons

There's a bit of a learning curve and the lack of a dedicated mobile app is a drawback.

Powerful but tied to competitor

Pros

It's surprisingly easy to use for such a powerful program. And the staff at Centerpoint are wonderful.

Cons

Not a fan of the fact that it's owned by another roofing contractor.

User-friendly with great notifications function

Pros

Centerpoint Connect is user-friendly and dynamic. Our customers really appreciate the automated notifications that keep them in the loop. Everything is easily customizable and I love that you can go back to edit or undo things if needed. I'm also excited to start using the customer portal feature so they can manage their properties themselves.

Cons

Learning how to process different types of calls was confusing. Figuring out the difference between a ticket, opportunity, estimate and task.. and when to use each one. took some time.

Daily essential, no complaints

Pros

I love Centerpoint Connect. I use it daily in our service department and it simplifies everything. From scheduling and dispatching to tracking past repairs and sending estimates for new ones, it has completely improved how we operate and you can definitely see the positive impact on our bottom line.

Cons

Don't have any real complaints. They're always improving the service, they're very open to feedback and they do a great job implementing customer suggestions.
