Pros

This product includes estimates for all major trades in residential development and handyman repairs, which is very useful. Since I estimate in multiple states, I appreciate being able to update labor rates by location. I also like that I can add new parts if they aren't in the system and customize the estimate presentation with my company logo.

Cons

I think the interface for tasks other than estimating could be improved; it's not very intuitive. I also wish there were more repair items since I deal more with repairs than new builds.

It's difficult to find items, and I wish the template proposals stayed saved with each proposal.

The pre-loaded templates and tasks have increased my estimate output from 3-5 per day to 15-25 per day.

Cons

I dislike that the customer list can't be filtered better. I need options to filter customers who haven't paid yet and to sort by approved, open, and declined jobs.
