“Areas for improvement

Pros

The ability to assign and manage access permissions for employees is a valuable feature.

Cons

The information on employee training isn't very clear. We don't know what's due when an employee is no longer qualified. It would be helpful to register the training that's due. It becomes hard to manage, and there's no indication on the platform of what's failed.

No negative points so far; I haven't used the software enough yet.

Much more user-friendly compared to others and the fact that the information is transferred means we don't need to constantly update for every customer or others.

Cons

To add employees, we need to go through email documents. It would save time if we could do it ourselves, but it's not too bothersome since they're usually fast.

Not really, but it's less obvious if you have a connection issue.
