Pros
The Home Page shows me my compliance status for each customer.
Cons
The questionnaire is too long and asks too many sensitive business questions; the platform is hard to learn and use; and it's expensive to run (besides subscription increases, you also need to PURCHASE online training for employees).

Pros
Covid training is accessible on mobile devices through a questionnaire that needs to be completed before entering the factory.
Cons
When a task expires, the Subcontractor gets an email, but I'm not sure if the Applicant (Principal) also receives one; we end up having to call them to inform them. We receive numerous OHS reviews... that need to be implemented and followed, but I notice that these same rules aren't always followed in the factory. Are they communicated?

Pros
The page layout is simple. There are no complicated commands that are hard to remember for accessing features. I can quickly view the qualification status of registered contractors.
Cons
Assigning user roles is tricky due to the many options available.

Pros
The tabs are simple and easy to understand. I didn't have any training initially, but by exploring Cognibox, I quickly figured out how it worked.
Cons
I find it a bit tricky to change emails. I have to remember to update both places, and the steps to do so are not very clear.

Pros
It takes too long to answer every single question, not very accommodating... It circles back on a topic repeatedly and feels like it never ends... Sometimes there's no option to skip a n/a question. Overall, we get disqualified for trivial reasons. It asks for the same document repeatedly even when it's already submitted... they don't check before sending reminders... and we have to pay for that!!! Like it was fun or really useful.
Cons
Almost everything... but the advisors who help us are very kind and patient.

Entering information for qualification is very simple. I appreciate the chat boxes at each question as they save me from typing all the question details when I have an inquiry. The chat box references that specific question. I also like being able to jump directly to any question that wasn't validated, so I don't have to scroll through the entire questionnaire.
Cons
It's mostly intuitive, but initially, it took me some time to figure out how to enter information for the qualification process. A help box explaining some of the icons would be useful.

Keeping all the documents consolidated in a single location proves to be extremely convenient and practical.
Cons
Getting new workers set up for orientations is not instant like other systems. It sometimes takes 2 days, which isn't helpful for tight schedules.

When assigning licenses, I'd like to see an overall view of all licenses assigned to employees, including successful, failed, and expired ones for tracking. Currently, this is done either individually per employee or by looking at each assignment.

Pros
Being able to see which training will expire in the next 3 months (and now 12!) All the information is displayed on the same sheet.
Cons
Last summer, I got an email twice saying an employee couldn't return to work due to expired training, with only 24 hours to respond. I always print a copy of all trainings at the beginning of each month, and there was no notice that the training was about to expire. Another issue is that the system might have too many options for an average user. At first, we had to search the site to find what we needed.
